You have a bartender Elyane that is a real mean person. I said nothing rude, tipped well and she was incredibly mean to me. I said and did nothing of ill will in her direction and she was very mean. I don't normally go out of my way to say something about people, but she cost herself, at least 20 or 30 dollars in tips, and I can't imagine how much in booze and other libations. If I'm out of line, I would understand, but she was hateful and just generally unkind. Take that...read full review

Whistle Bar is a proper bar with three floors offering unique experiences. The third floor, known for being clothing-optional, allows for smoking while enjoying drinks and people-watching, but guests must hand over their cellphones to security to ensure privacy and prevent photos. The second floor attracts a lot of tourists with games and pool tables, while the first floor features a spacious open bar with live music. Dougie, a fantastic bartender, enhances the enjoyable atmosphere, and guests have praised the friendly service. The drinks, especially the Bloody Marys and Mojitos, are highly recommended. Many visitors enjoy sitting outside on the balcony to watch the action on Duval Street, making it a great spot for socializing. Parking can be challenging in this busy area, so exploring the side streets is suggested.
