Entered drive through at noon with one car ahead of me, waited about 3 minutes and moved up to place my order...Speaker told me to look at the menu and she will be with me in a little bit...About 5 minutes later, I placed my order; 2 whoppers and 1 medium fries... waited another 5 minutes to get to the pay window with 2 cars ahead of me waiting for their orders so I got behind them. At the pay window I was notified that they were out of fries and could switch to onion rings. After about 10 minutes my order was finally delivered... Two Whopper Juniors and an order of onion rings. Yes... After all of that waiting I ended up with Whopper Juniors instead of Whoppers. Pretty disappointing... Definitely a change is needed.

For starters the car in front of me exited the line he waited so long to order. The car behind me exited the line. A line that was only two cars deep, including mine. The food was fine. Getting the food was a joke and considering I was the only one that 'persevered' I get home in my order was still wrong. A double hamburger and a small onion ring..... explain to me how you #### that up when I was the only person waiting ??? The general manager ought to be fired. The owner of the franchise ought to be fired living. The restaurant manager out to be fired !!! This was not my first experience with this franchise . A bulldozer should be brought in and the building should be brought to the ground because it is a ##### joke. You don't deserve the franchise and the servers and workers either deserve better or should never reproduce. I will never go back. This is inexcusable the waffle house makes you look like section 8 housing.

This location was awful in years past. It seems that’s turned around as of recent. Food, service and atmosphere are what I’d say are expected for this chain. I hope they are able to keep it up because the location is about as good as it gets.

I have a problem with this store everytime I come here. How do you lose a order in the system? 5 different
Have not been to this Burger King in a long time because in the past my experience there was horrible but I went today because I had a craving for the classic chicken sandwich and met Brittany. She was so pleasant and the staff looked focused and got my order out quickly. Definitely the opposite of my last experience and I will be going back!

Horrible burger, super hard cold fries. No one in drive thru nor inside and this is how much these "kids" don't care. I mean who runs out of ice when you have an ice machine that works? Also how the hell do you run out of cheese? FROM BEING LAZY AND NOT GIVEN 2 CRAPS ABOUT THEIR JOB!!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THIS BUILDING!!!

didnt eat here but was a nice place to hang out for a bit！ pretty clean, hadn't seen the bathrooms！very windywill not rate the food or service since i hadnt really got to experience either, but the people working there looked nice！ :D
