I don’t usually do these reviews but I recently moved to Navarre , while buying a home in Pensacola. I switched to a plant based diet over a year ago and love the impossible whopper ! With my busy schedule I’m a regular here now! They are the friendliest and I’m telling you they go out of their way with service ! Today only one lady running everything.. I went to this Burger King when it was empty, it took a min before the realized I was there and apologized for the wait. I have vision problems and can't see the menu or the tap to pay and they were friendly and kind helping me through my ordering and payment. They were a bit loud which they also apologized for l, but it was more or less just a bunch of young people enjoying a slow day to me. The food came great no complaints

Burger King is a location that has improved significantly in recent years. With expected food, service, and atmosphere, this chain offers a pleasant dining experience. The staff is focused and attentive, with some employees being particularly pleasant. This Burger King location is the best one around. Nate is always killing it on the grill and Paige is efficient taking orders and is so personable and sweet. Matthew made experiences wonderful, he was so personable. His smile made us smile! The food was served piping hot and in a timely manner. The establishment is clean and a nice place to hang out, with a classic chicken sandwich being a popular option. Recently, the management has made a big difference, especially with Ms. Jae, the general manager, who has turned the place around. She cares for customers and quickly handles orders, making sure everything is perfect. The drive-thru staff is friendly and efficient, with quick service and fresh, hot food. Customers also appreciate the friendly attitude, with some receiving fun crowns and sauces without asking. Overall, this location is well-managed now and offers a pleasant experience for anyone wanting a quick, tasty meal.
