I don’t make many bad reviews but this chipotle had the some lazy workers. The lady making orders was fine but the dudes just kept everybody else waiting. No greeting and no help or I’ll be right with you. I can see why this location has 3 stars. Do better. I can see how lazy this location runs within the 5 minutes. Barely has business as is and have sloths working

I just wanted to share how wonderful my experience at this Chipotle was tonight. The manager does an amazing job keeping this restaurant in order, cleanly, and ran the right way. The staff are very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my food was prepared the way I like it. This type of behavior definitely stands out at a chain restaurant. Thank you!

Every one that worked tonight should be fired and there should be a responsible adult supervising these kids at night. The entire restaurant was in disarray, the food quality was extremely poor and the teenagers working were shouting obscene things at each other.

I visited this Chipotle during the late lunch hours, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was noticeably dirty as soon as I walked in food on the floor, food on the tables, and the overall environment looked neglected. I still decided to give it a try because my child was hungry, but the food on the line looked old and unappetizing. I’ve worked in the food industry my entire life and have owned and operated my own restaurants, so I fully understand the challenges of off-peak hours and the need to remake items—but this was far beyond that.
The drink station was also concerning. There was thick dust built up around the soda area, which made me uncomfortable even using it. For drink canisters to be that dirty is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of nightly cleaning or proper management oversight. Even surfaces that had been wiped down had streaks and grime, which tells me the cleaning being done is minimal at best.
This location has so much potential, but it desperately needs new management and much higher standards of cleanliness. Unfortunately, I will not be returning until significant improvements are made.

Felt like I need to give this chipotle a review cause people seemed to hate it. I thought it was just like any chipotle except they really need more people working here, just like every chipotle in Florida. There was only one person working behind the counter during the lunch rush. Also there were some shady character customers around the soda machine where the employees couldn’t see.

This is a pretty meh location compared to others I’ve been to. I’ve been here a few times, and not once have I ever felt really satisfied by my order. Somethings always off, and it just doesn’t hit the way other locations do. I usually get a sofritas bowl, which they always skimp on; then I order double the “meat” and on a good day, I MIGHT get what equates to a normal portion. Today I just ordered chips and queso. Got home, opened the queso and there was a hair just sitting on top. Not my hair, and couldn’t have been anyway because again, I opened the lid and this is exactly what I immediately saw. Gross. The staff is always friendly and super polite, but this location feels disorganized and lacking in quality. The hair thing grosses me out too much, so I’ll be going to Fwb instead.
