Good quality, quick subs and friendly staff. They got the cool Coke machine with like 100 flavors as well. Can get a little smokey inside from cooking but its not really noticable unless you are sensitive to that kind of thing.
I have to eat gluten free and Firehouse subs is one of the only sandwich chains that offers a GF bun. And it's good. Also, the manager, when he heard I needed gluten free, made sure to check other ingredients and also asked if I had an allergy or was gluten intolerant.
