I get to-go orders from here often. The food and service are consistently above expectations. Their staff is always hustling and friendly. The firehouse mobile application is glitchy, but that doesn’t reflect on this crew in Navarre.

I took my family here. Once we sat down I realized the worker who prepared our food was hacking and coughing and we were already eating our food. She was obviously sick and still made our food. I’m only posting this review because now my entire family is sick a few days later. We haven’t been sick in 6 months plus. Someone preparing food whom is obviously sick is unacceptable. At one point she ran past us to the bathroom, because she was coughing so badly. I couldn’t just snatch the food from my kids. At this point it was too late. I hate posting this review and I feel for her that she was sick, but there needs to be some kind of protocol in place for obviously sick employees, so they do not contaminate the food.

Good quality, quick subs and friendly staff. They got the cool Coke machine with like 100 flavors as well. Can get a little smokey inside from cooking but its not really noticable unless you are sensitive to that kind of thing.

I have to eat gluten free and Firehouse subs is one of the only sandwich chains that offers a GF bun. And it's good. Also, the manager, when he heard I needed gluten free, made sure to check other ingredients and also asked if I had an allergy or was gluten intolerant. This is great service!Dietary restrictions: Has GF bun in medium size only
Ordered a sandwich with just one modification - no mayo. It was correct on the receipt, get home, mayo all over the sandwich.Amazing that such a simple request gets missed.
