The owners are so nice and love to support other local businesses. Their teas and shakes are wonderful. I recently tried the peanut butter pancake shake and it is a true game changer…..so good.

Sunny Sands Nutrition in Navarre is an excellent local shop to grab nutritional loaded teas, meal replacements, protein shakes, and great vibes. The owners are so friendly, kind, and creative!
