“never had a bad experience. I always use the drive thru, so I can't speak on the inside. one time I accidentally messed up my own order by ordering the chicken bacon ranch with no chicken, bacon, or cheese (just bread and ranch lol) and an employee who may have been the manager was leaning out the window waiting for me when i pulled up. he seemed genuinely concerned about my ranch sandwich and wanted to confirm that it was actually what I wanted (it was not). we had a laugh and the kitchen made the order as I intended, which is the way it comes. ive never had any missing items. 10/10“
