We visited spontaneously over Thanksgiving weekend and had the most wonderful experience. Everyone enjoyed the sno-balls (think: snow-cone but with cream and a sweet flavor). The team member that helped us was so polite and kind, and made some wonderful recommendations. She is a star employee.

Dietary restrictions: There is only shave ice and peanuts so if you are allergic to peanuts just stay at the shaved ice the peanuts are in a different shed
Parking: The spot is kinda ghetto there have been many crimes near there
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly they are so nice
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lot for wheel chairs
