So I ordered a peanut butter smoothie and pomegranate smoothie. Received the correct pomegranate smoothie but received a peanut butter with chocolate smoothie, when I go to let them know that is incorrect, I get told by an employee named Pela: “That’s not what you told me but okay whatever, I’ll get a new one made” Horrible customer service. Food is great- PELA or PELLA or however her name is spelt is horrible with customer service. Everyone else was respectful and nice...

Tropical smoothies has been around a while. They have a nice assortment of smoothies. Drive thru is a little slow sometimes, but worth the wait. Highly recommend the Sunrise/Sunset and Mocha Madness!

I work in the plaza and come in almost everyday for my lunch. The associates are always friendly and happy and prompt with my order and even go so far as to bring me my order if they’re not too busy. They do get pretty slammed and seem a little understaffed sometimes. Recently I’ve noticed the AC has not been working for some time.A few weeks. It is TOO WARM in there. One girl remade my smoothie out of the kindness of her heart for me just recently because it had melted before...
