The worst Wendy’s I have ever been too. 1st time they took forever and still messed up my order. Decided to give them a second chance months later same thing, except this time I had to feed three kids and just shy of even getting half of the order right. And still managed to forget half of the kids meals. Short 2 fries and two kids nuggets.

I think the GM may need retraining. Non of the Wendy's drive through people are in a good mood and when I say thanks or have a nice day it's like I don't exist. Waited over 5 minutes to place my order there were no cars in front of me but they didn't take my order.

Deathly allergic to pickles. The receipt shows no pickles… low and behold there are pickles on my burger. Cant even eat it now. Is your staff trying to kill someone? Can the sandwich maker read? Fancy new store, same below average staff.

Horrible, at first there rewards system was down for some reason so I couldn’t recieve my points, then we got our food and it was cold soggy, and disgusting tastes like it has been sitting for hours. I had never recieved my bakonater fry like this, it looks disgusting and there is green stuff in it.

The people working on Tuesday told me that they couldn't give me one of the little cups of the ghost pepper oil that they use on the nuggets , "according to management". Which is total bs, I know what lengths you're allowed to go to for a customer. Just give me that damn oil, I wouldn't have came here otherwise
Shortage us breakfast burrito which was $4.99 thru drive trough. Try calling three time with no avail l!! So annoying had to drive back with receipt and food. Waste of gas and food getting cold!! No wonder it only has 2.3 stars!!

0 stars! they'll threaten you to call the cops if you refuse to use the stores cup when you bring your own to use even though you paid and have proof of your purchase . extremely disrespectful. we left our food because they wouldn't stop harassing us .

My husband & I have visited your company in Navarre 7 times. Out of 7 times we have had 5 displeasing visits. My husband posted in Facebook on July 13th our last visit. Today I decided to give it another try, I am not going to explain what happened. I am just going to say that you need an experienced food manager for this location. We will not visit this restaurant again and we will tell everyone we know about our poor visits. As a matter of fact, close this location.

Waited forever in the drive-thru. Once I got my food it looked correct. When I got home and opened up my burger (or what I thought was a burger) it was grilled chicken sandwich.

Terrible Wendys. Believe the bad reviews. They never take your order at the drive thru. Nobody answered the second one so we literally had to back up the car and drive to the first pull thru. The staff and management are incredibly rude slow and unprofessional. The manager hung up the phone when we called to voice our experience. This Wendy’s isn’t it go elsewhere!!
