I've visited this location a handful of times, each time I order the same sandwich and each time they make it incorrectly. Once I went in and asked them to remake it and asked the manager if there was a different way I can order it so that they understand what I'm asking he indicated I ordered it correctly. Saw it was him tonight so decided to order, well they messed it up again even though I spelled it out. Along with that all of our food was luke-warm, the burger was like chili meat and the nuggets were definitely not to temp. They smashed my sauce so it splurged all over them. I used to work in food service, I know the tricks and the childish games. Pathetic since the manager is the one who handed the bag out of the window.

For some reason between the order kiosk and the first window, two sauces were added to my order, idk why, I didn’t ask for it, and I knew the price between the kiosk and the window was different but the girl “Ana” is what the ticket says, confirmed with me that was the price she told me, I even asked her twice, so idk if she’s adding things to peoples order or if it was just user error, either way it was only $1 extra, but I intended on using $6 for my meal, not $7 🤷♂️

Ana I’m assuming is her name according to the receipt, upon walking in her face was reading that we were bothering her. She has no customer service skills at all. I watched her interaction with the other customers and it was dry and unfriendly. I suggest she quit her job here and go get a job waiting tables. Maybe then she will pick up some much needed skills.

This is one of the better Wendys that I have been to. The staff was fast and efficient, they're friendly, the food was hot, and the restaurant dinning room and restrooms were really clean. I have never seen this before, but it seemed that the business actually appreciated their employees and celebrated them. I've never seen this in any restaurant chain.... I'm sure other businesses could take note. I was really impressed!

I never leave reviews, but just arrived in navarre after a 9 hour drive and this place was a much needed break and after seeing the staff nail everything perfect i feel it would be improper to not say something. The staff was super friendly, got the order for 8 correct, food was just as equal quality to the staff, and lastly to again show the above and beyond measures, the manager was inquisitive as we left about how everything was. Thank you guys for the warm welcome to town. Be safe please everyone

Second time going after 11 PM and apparently this is not the time to go (neither have been a good experience). Sat at the speaker for 10+ minutes. Car in the other lane had been there longer. Several cars left the line. No cars in front of us getting food at the windows. Seemed like they were trying to get people to just drive off. After getting my food, the chicken sandwich was cold even with the long wait. Frys were good and hot though.
