Surfer bar. And when it’s not jumpin the staff ain’t jumpin either. Great spicy margarita. Tacos were good. The carnitas is too runny to be in a corn tortilla. Chicken taco was awesome. The place was mostly empty the whole 2 hours I was there. All bartender staff were on their phones a lot. I have lived in Jax and been here many times. Just try a little harder bar staff please. Paying attention to only those you are attracted to is never a good look.
We decided to visit Neptune Beach and ran into this spot. The atmosphere we cool. We decided to sit at the bar and have appetizers and drinks. The bar tender was really mellow. It didn't seem like he really wanted to be there. We decided to order the guacamole and it was great! The best I've had in a while. The chips were warm, which made it even better. I ordered a watermelon, cucumber martini, but couldn't taste the alcohol at all. My husband just ordered a beer.
Went here with my girlfriend for a hot girl dinner. The drinks were amazing and the guacamole was delish, but our entrees were severely lacking. Nothing was seasoned at all and I barely ate 2 bites of my chicken bowl. She only ate half a taco. Neither of us were fans of our meals and the 3 stars is solely for the service, guacamole, and drinks.
