The food and drinks are 👌 but the staff are 💯 awesome. I've have been going there for year but sometimes not able to go in person so rely on delivery. Well delivery dropped the ball leaving half the order at store. They ran with it and personally made the delivery of those items. You can't find that kind of caring service often. I had a wonderful 1st time experience here! The staff was kind and created positive vibes from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The donuts are thick and fresh. The bagels are tasty and dense, and the varieties of cream cheese were a delightful surprise. I would go out of my way to come back again in a heartbeat. Delicious!

This place has gone above and beyond every single time I’ve visited. My family is from out of the country and the very first time we came they were out of donuts. An employee actually gave one to my 5 year old, a donut he had set aside for himself.
The second time they were out again but made one from scratch just for us and wouldn’t even let us pay for it. And this last visit the staff gave us spot on recommendations and were nothing but kind from start to finish.
I’ve been meaning to leave a five star review for ages but honestly they deserve even more than that. Incredible customer service, consistently warm and generous, this place is truly above board.

Stopped in for the first time today and it was so delicious! My husband and I ordered both bagels (he has a sandwich version) and a donut each because everything looked amazing and let tell you it all tasted EVEN BETTER than expected! This was even right before closing time (30 minutes), everyone working was so nice and patient while we picked out what we wanted (which was so difficult due to how amazing everything sounded and looked) and we were in and out quick after ordering! We definitely will be back with our kids so they can enjoy the deliciousness!
tried through too good to go app...was very pleased to get 6 huge donuts and 6 huge bagels..fresher than recent Dunkin purchases as well as being bigger and better tasting..will be back

This place is exactly what I think of when someone says “cute, local coffee shop”. I come here several times a week… The staff is so friendly, and the food/ drinks are always fantastic! I get a vegan sandwich (Cali Craze) and a vegan oat milk latte. I do wish the restaurant was a little cleaner overall

This place needs an overhaul. They fail to get my order right 100% of the time. They don’t tell you when you order something they are out of, they just make it without it and then expect you won’t say anything. I think if someone opened a similar place in Trinity that had honest, dependable workers that knew how to order supplies, the new place would be super successful. Need a Gainesville type Bay Island stationary food hut. Waiting over 30 minutes for my order to always be wrong…I just can’t anymore
