My waitress was lovely (5 stars for her)! The place was clean....but my biggest complaint was a girl dressed in a black top (who I assumed was the manager....she gets 1 star) she was yelling at her staff, and berating them. I felt so so so bad for her workers! She needs to treat her workers with much more respect.

Omelette was delicious, I had the Garden Omelette. Although they did not put tomatoes on it which were included in the omelette. Bummer

I was shocked to see the 4+ rating from the previous comments. Maybe the Breakfast Station had an off day but the meal was horrible. The biscuit was cold, dry and crumbled. The eggs had a pool of water under them. Some of the potatoes were cooked while some were not. Naturally I paid for a breakfast that I didn’t eat! The only thing worth eating was the bacon and the coffee was good. However, I was never offered a refill. They have lost this customer.

Local spot for breakfast and it had some high reviews. I can see why. The food was delicious but the atmosphere and friendliness of staff is what stood out to me. My server Haley was super friendly and the manager Sarah was a pleasure as well. Will definitely be back throughout the season.

The food was outstanding—served quickly and hot. However, the service and hospitality need significant improvement. With ten years of experience in the restaurant business, I understand the importance of attentive service. The servers were so concerned about missing something that they hardly left the counter. I struggled to get my server's attention because she was too busy laughing and eating with her colleagues. I didn’t receive a refill on my tea until I was about to leave. To top it off, the attitude I encountered when paying was unacceptable. If you're after excellent food or takeout, this place is great, but do not expect a pleasant dining experience when it comes to service.

My husband and I are completely obsessed with this restaurant. We had been going to a different mom and pop place and noticed that it just wasn't the same. We started DoorDashing from The Breakfast Station and were blown away with how amazing the food was. We than ventured to eat inside of the restaurant and let me just tell you how clean the place is! Everyone in the building is so sweet and kind to everyone, they all greet you when you walking. The variety of food they have is amazing, and just the fact that everything is kept with the train theme blows us away. Today I messed up my online order and was completely embarrassed to even call, the waitress fixed the problem and made me feel so much better, I am so glad we found this little gem in New Port Richey. We have now found a place close to home! Thank you to everyone who works at The Breakfast Station!

First time being there as I am a snowbird for the first time. It is a great place. Food was top notch. Service was great and everyone I encountered was wonderful. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
