We went for the Chef’s Tasting Menu to celebrate my birthday - truly an incredibly experience from the amazing food, service, atmosphere.
There were five courses and each course was so good - from the beautiful presentation to the tasty flavor combinations. Every part of it was cooked perfectly. We couldn’t even pick a favorite course because each one was that good. Portions were big - we were very full when we left, but we could not leave a bite.
I did the wine pairing and each glass paired very well with the course. My husband had cocktails - very good.
Hunter was our server and he was great - he has done the tasting menus and was excited for us. He was attentive but not intrusive - everything you want in a great server. Thank you, Hunter!
After dinner we got to tour the kitchen and meet the staff - we loved it.
This restaurant is legit. We seek out foodie places all over and this is now the best overall experience we’ve had in the entire Tampa Bay region. GO and enjoy a fantastic meal - tasting menu or regular menu. All the food being delivered around us looked just as fantastic.

This is by far my favorite restaurant! The first time I tried it, the unassuming location left me with low expectations. I was blown away. Since then, I have celebrated every occasion, and found any excuse to treat myself at Brix! The food is out of this world fresh and served with incredible attention to detail. Chef obviously pours his heart into the dishes. The service is impeccable and the wine tastes like perfection in a glass.

The food -especially the specials- is top-notch, but what keeps us coming back are Bartender Joe's cocktails. He makes the best French 75 I've ever had and has suggested some other really tasty options (Bee's Knees, anyone?) when I'm in the mood to change things up. Joe is also knowledgeable about wine and will make fantastic suggestions to pair beautifully with whatever we're having for dinner.

Definitely stop by and mingle with the bartender, Joe. He's a good mixologist, and just a cool, friendly dude. Tell him what kind of drinks you enjoy, and ask him for some poker advice. : ) Good food here, and worth the price. Give it a shot.

Such an awesome place! Came in tonight with 8 people, two of which are toddlers, and Debbie was nothing short of amazing with the kids! She had stickers and paper on hand that made us feel like our kids were welcome, not just tolerated. Food was delicious as usual and we had an incredible time. Thank you!

This restaurant is a shadow of its former self. Every day it gets worst and worst. Bring back the old owners!!!! We want Brix 33 back!
We love Thursday night martini nights at Brix Bistro! The staff is amazing (Gabby, Vicky, Karla, Joe and David) are the best group of people you’ll ever meet and they’ll make you feel like family from the second you walk in the door to the moment you leave! There isn’t a better restaurant in the area for a cold drink and delicious food!

Thursday night martini night is my favorite night of the week! We never miss a Thursday and the staff (Gabbi, Vicky, Joe, Karla and David) are absolutely FANTASTIC! I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone in the local area looking for a good drink and a wonderful friendly atmosphere!

To the Chef, When we enter we want to experience smiles and enthusiasm…like Mr York from Fantasy Island… Smiles everyone, Smiles Our food has a few critiques…the bread to table, not exquisite The Escargot, again, not exquisite, would recommend traditional à la crut The scallops are good, would have been better if our order with couscous was delivered to our table… wrong plate? The steak was very good, texture & flavor, spot on!! Pre dinner drinks were good, dinner wine… Quilt Cab, 120$ for a $50 bottle at any wine store, not kool Service was satisfactory until we were told our Mastercard was charged for someone else’s dinner tab??? Let’s be more mindful of our jobs… Mistakes happen, complacency is a product of wondering minds We used to dine here regularly 10 years ago, last 3 years have been a challenge to overcome these similar mistakes.
