Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

This place always served fresh, hot sandwiches quickly, just like you'd find at any Charleys. The few here claiming the exact opposite must be local competitors (which aren't at all good, by the way). We ordered here dozens of times and it was always perfect; I can't say the same about most other restaurants (fast food or not) in this area. It's also a pretty new location, so it's a real shame if it doesn't re-open.

The workers are nice, it’s always clean, and I don’t usually have issues with my order. I had an issue with the manager/owner of the establishment. She should not be working in customer service. Even to loyal regulars, she does not seem to be there to please customers. Her attitude is horrid. I always pray she’s never there when I stop by. You’ll know who I’m talking about if you see her. “The customer is always right” is not her motto. She will gladly stand there and argue with you, then say, “This won’t be done again” if it needs to be remade. It seems like other people have had this issue, too, so maybe she should take the hint!!!! 2 stars knocked off for ruining my day and hence ruining my meal for me. Most of the sandwich is in the fridge.

We just picked up a mobile order this evening, and the woman at the drive thru around 9:30pm was an absolute sweetheart. We haven’t eaten the food yet, but even if it’s horrible, the service made up for it. Thank you for being a decent human, it’s hard to come by! :)

Me and my family had a great experience stopping by for lunch. If I could I would give 6 stars. Very clean place, delicious food, the food came very quick and the service was excellent! They really went above and beyond, even gave us a complimentary item to take out with us! Amazing service and treatment. Thank you so much!

Alwaya so friendly when i come in. Helpful with choice of food and the price is perfect. I have almost tried everything offered. I keep coming back because it's a great service and taste.

Four of necessity

Great boneless and bone -in wings.. I haven't tried their sandwiches yet, but they look good. I like the BBQ and the Buffalo, Cajun rub ain't bad either.. recommend for wings, fries are average not bad but not great. I prefer crispy they're closer to steak fries, which is fine. I still eat them. $9.99 10 boneless and fries, not bad at all. I forgot which day but they offer .70 cent wings.

Got a couple of cheesesteaks and some wings from them and everything was really fresh and really good. I will be going back. They might look into getting bigger rolls because they do put a lot in there and they didn’t quite live up to the challenge. But it was still great tasting, just a little messy. The people that helped us were really very nice too.
