Best wings and the pizza is delish!

My glass of ice tea has what felt like candle wax on the inside of the glass. My mother went through 2 jars of parmesan because the lentil soup was ridiculously spicy with no warning. The bread was plain not garlic pesto as advertised on the menu. The chicken Philly didn't fill the bread and the chicken was black. The penne noodles were undercooked. The server Skylar was horrid so we asked for the manager only to find out she IS the manager. She was so slow after 20 minutes after we ordered it had to go ask for our bread that should have come out with the soup & salad. We had to use our phones for light to read the menus because they sat us in a booth where the lights don't work and the seats were so bad we could feel the boards under the cushions. My husband loves food and couldn't eat his chicken Philly because it was so bland and burnt. This was our first and last time eating here. This review will also be going on my blog. If you order a sandwich you have to pay an extra $2.25 for fries or you get a bag of chips for free. The party next to us has to get up several times to get to go containers and ask for refills. There were no paper towels in the men's room and the women's room was disgusting as well. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. The handicapped parking sign is literally under a tree not even near a parking spot it's at the entrance for the parking lot.

I have ordered from Country Pizza about twice a month for nearly four years, which makes this experience especially disappointing.
My order was already 20 minutes late when I called for an update. I spoke with the owner, who was short and rude instead of apologetic or helpful. When the delivery finally arrived, one box was crushed, and both pizzas looked as though they had been thrown across the room. The toppings and cheese were displaced, and the food was not delivered in an acceptable condition.
When I called again, I was met with more attitude and told that I needed to bring the delivered pizzas back myself. I explained that I had paid for delivery and asked them to pick the pizzas up. The owner agreed, but no one ever came.
After years of being a loyal customer, I felt completely disrespected by both the condition of the food and the way the situation was handled. Mistakes happen, but rude treatment and failure to follow through are unacceptable. I will not order from Country Pizza again.

Got here when they open, they have a Great Lunch Special, Foods Good, Waitress was Good and Funny!

Good pizza. They are closed on Mondays, whatever it says.

It took over an hour to receive our bread, soup, appetizers, and main course, even though the restaurant was not busy. The soup was spicy, and there should be a warning on the menu or from the server about the level of spiciness. The long wait and lack of communication made the overall dining experience disappointing.

When you start charging additional fees for every little item like blue cheese and some extra sauce for the wings (because they were dry when asked for the sauce to be on the wings to begin with) you could at least let the customer know ahead of time but that wasn’t the case. They’ve been adding extra fees lately when they never used to without any warning before hand. Can still say the pizza was good but everything else was just disappointing with the experience.

Some of the worst service we have ever had. Waitress was flopping around in slide in slippers looking like she just rolled out of bed. Forgot half our order, missing silverware and never came around again. The waitress for the table next to us was at their table 5 times, and we couldn't even get drink refills.

We have been going here for years. When the seasonal folks have gone it's a great local business. We go for a week night out and you still get the same great service with well prepared and portioned selections, at a reasonable price, without the crowds. You can also get a glass of wine, which can be a nice treat.

Great crispy pizza! Yum! Nice staff, so helpful. The raspberry sprite is so addicting!

Ate with a group of ladies, everyone raved over their food. The reason for 4 stars vs 5 is the bread came out once we received our food and not before and the Bleu and Greens salad was missing the pecans as mentioned on the menu...so kitchen prep but all the food was great. Soup of day was home made mushroom very tasty. Entrees ordered were pizza, Greek salad, Italian Grinder, pizzas, spaghetti and meatballs and honey siracha shrimp. Portions were generous and pricing was very reasonable no one spent over $30. Paige did an excellent job on the wait service.

Brooklyn style food here in Florida. Best stromboli and Greek Salad. Highly recommended when your in New Port Richey...

The service staff here was UNBELIEVABLE! They server was so friendly and welcoming, we felt like family. She also made recommendations and was attentive (without being overbearing)...for that reason we will back!

Next time we will try something other than pizza. Our 2 appetizers were hot, crispy and arrived with marinara and ranch on the side. Delicious.
