The delivery driver was phenomenal! I ordered a pizza for a friend to be sent to her apartment as a surprise. The driver listened while I explained where to go, and described the place. I felt terrible I did not have the door number but he was so kind and patient and understanding. He followed my (probably poor) directions perfectly and got the pizza to my friend!

Originally the order was to take 45 minutes. The email said 65 minutes it 55 minutes i called and was told it was in the road. The driver just arrived 50 minutes after he was supposedly on the road......he said he had not been in the road for 50 minutes. The food was hot so obviously the person on the phone lied.... The manager would not get on the phone with us. I will never order from here again.......

Horrible customer service, told 45 mins until they got my food delivered and it is now well over an hour. When I called the first time after ordering they told me the driver was in route, I called again 15-20 mins after that and they said the driver was on the road. They are rude, and I asked to speak to the manager and she wouldn't even get on the phone to speak with a customer to resolve the issue. I will never order through them again

This location is so strange. Employees quite unkempt. The “specials” boards that corporate sends them get crossed out and they make up their own prices. Was in there last week and a guy ordered a $14.99 special and apparently it was ordered through the 800# and the order wasn’t sent in. He was at the counter and the lady was saying it wasn’t offered there and it would be $18 if he ordered it with her. The special was actually flashing on their tv menu at the time and she wasn’t going to honor it and said “the owner doesn’t allow us to honor those and we will get in trouble”. Huh?! It’s showing on YOUR screen!!!The last 2 times I’ve gone (I’m a glutton for punishment I know), the cinnamon bread was totally dry whereas before they would put butter on the bottom while cooking. Not sure if the recipe changed but it’s totally dry and pretty bad. First time I thought it was an error, 2nd time is now a trend.

This was my wife's favorite pizza. She was a woman of simple taste. Cheese pizza and bread sticks. She liked this pizza the best because it has a 3 cheese blend and flavored crust. She loved bread and she couldn't get enough. The breadsticks here are phenomenal! So soft and flavorful even I love them. Bread isn't really a meal item by itself to me but these breadsticks are. I won't be ordering a 3 cheese pizza anymore because I lost her to liver and kidney failure just 2 weeks ago. I miss her so much....

I placed my order an hour before closing and had to call 1 minute prior to 11 to check if it would actually show up. Rude staff and horrible service. The food is actually below standards of what Hungry Howies should be. Cold pizza and hardly any veggies with the sub ordered (leftovers perhaps) This was sad. Make sure to order before 8? 9?
