Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs is a local pizza restaurant that has received mixed reviews from customers. The delivery driver was praised for their excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure the pizza was delivered correctly, even without a specific address. However, there have been inconsistencies in the restaurant's operations, with reports of employees making up their own prices and refusing to honor advertised specials. While the quality of the cinnamon bread has been a concern for some, with reports of it being dry, the restaurant's cheese pizza and breadsticks remain popular. One customer described the breadsticks as "phenomenal" and a meal in themselves.
Recently, some customers mentioned that the food is usually good, but there have been issues with cold meals after early pickups. Prices have also been noted as high, especially for wings, which some wish would decrease. Despite these complaints, the crust has been highlighted as exceptional, with no other place matching it. Overall, Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs offers a varied experience, with both positive and negative aspects to its service and menu.
