Been customers of joeys for years but lately we noticed the food has gone down and the customer service is absolutely horrible. Ordered a delivery order and it said we’d have it in 40 mins after I submitted the order and went to check the status it pushed to over an hour wait. I called the restaurant to see if I could just pick it up she told me no because we ordered online. Order arrived sooner the it said which was great but they brought us the wrong order. I had to run after the delivery person after she got in her car to let her know and give her the order back. I called the restaurant and the lady told me that they had 2 orders with the same name and got them mixed up she said the driver was on the way back with our order minus the pizza because the pizza ovens were broke for the last several hours. I said will I get a refund for the pizza she said I needed to call the online place which I did. I called back after to ask why they didn’t let me know the ovens were broke the first time I called when she told me she saw my order there and they were working on it, she tells me she just saw my name and didn’t look at the order itself, I said when you were making the order and saw a pizza on it why didn’t you call me back to let me know. The pizza was for children who were hungry and patiently waiting. She told me they had several orders going on at the same time, not my problem. I said when I googled your phone number I saw the low reviews and now I understand why she tells me then if you saw our reviews you shouldn’t of ordered from us and then she hung the phone up on me. Horrible customer service that is not how you treat customers. I will never order from there again and I caution people when ordering online from them or even if you have a problem with your order they don’t care and will not make it right. Shame on them. Keep up the horrible customer service and you won’t be around much longer.

I ordered Veal Parmesan. The veal was tough and hard to chew.

Joey’s Pizza never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. But what really stood out this time was the exceptional customer service from Jackson. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from our order to the delivery. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, Jackson made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Joey’s Pizza for both the amazing food and top-notch service!

Bought our first pizza there last night and we couldn’t even eat it. There was absolutely no taste. It was a takeout order and we only live a mile away so it was still hot.

The pizza is amazing, and we have had a few of there dinner dishes all were good. However the calamari was very bland and chewy. We tried it twice but both times not impressed. But like I said the pizza is phenomenal I definitely recommend any pizza.

I ordered through Uber eats due to having surgery and not being able to drive. The food took well over the estimated time to prepare. And when it finally got delivered - my entire meal was missing. And it was the only portion of my family’s order that I could eat.

When I called the restaurant to inform them of my missing meal, they admitted it was “human error” on their part. They typed in my order wrong and left off my entire meal (although I had already paid for it through Uber). They offered nothing, not even an apology. The person I spoke with was rude and flippant about the whole situation. I asked about just ordering and paying for delivery directly through the restaurant and was told it would be another 50 minutes. No thanks. It was a disappointing end to a rough day.

I've been here three times, the first time I walked in there was very few customers and a staff in the back talking. I waited there for about 3 to 5 minutes and no one came to talk to me or seat me at a table.

The second time I was there, there was someone up front and I went and got seated right away. The food was pretty good with a decent price.

The third time I walked in and it was just like the first time. The only difference was the guy that was making the pizza looked at me and didn't say anything nor did the waitress that passed me even acknowledge my existence in the building.

I'll eventually go back but if it happens again I'm done with Joey's as a whole. I've got a limited time for lunch and I've got plenty of other options.

Cold food, rude service, 1/2 the order was delivered. They cited policy and refused to do anything. It’s a shame, used to be good, but I’ll never go there again. Must be new and incompetent mgmt. The place is awful!!!!

My girlfriend and I ordered a supreme pizza for delivery on a Saturday evening. When it arrived it was super thin and soggy. The toppings weren't distribute around the pizza, just a big pile in the middle. Called and asked for a new one and the lady on the phone told me to piss off. I expected this pizza to be great because it was close to $30. First and last time eating here

My wife ordered a pizza here with the nice young girl who answered the phone. She said it would be 15-20 minutes. When I arrived, on time, I could hear the cook behind the line scrambling because he didn't know where the order was. He was cussing with frustration while he was trying to figure out what to do. At this time, I have my 2 little kids in the car who were very hungry and I needed to find a solution. This is when I asked the other person in the front, a young man, if they could just deliver it. He kindly said, "let me see". He asked the cook who obviously still frustrated being that they screwed up. The cook then started addressing me asking in a very rude tone, what do you want me to do. I told them I had 2 kids in the car. He continued to be rude. This was very upsetting so I walked away. The young man who witnessed this said never mind him. I then said this pizza should be comped as I am a regular customer who orders here every week and I didn't appreciate how I was being treated. They should not treat any of their customers this way! The girl went and got the manager, the roided out lady not sure what her name is. Mind you, this whole time she was not privy to what was going on. I told her no customer should have to put up with what I did and that I should be comped. Very rudly she said well that's not going to happen. I obviously got angry and told them I'll never order from them again. This is when she lied and said she heard everything that went on and the cook want being rude. She wasn't anywhere near the situation the entire time because she was busy from what it looked like getting things ready to close because it was near that time. As I stated before, the nice young man witnessed the whole thing.

Beware, if this is any indication of how they're willing to treat regular customers, you're better off going elsewhere!

I’ve been to Joey’s twice. I had a couple slices for lunch a while back, which was very good. The second time was for dinner and the Stromboli and Shrimp Alfredo were great. Joeys will likely be a staple whenever in NPR.

Parking: Joeys is in a shopping plaza with plenty of free parking

Kid-friendliness: My sons will likely love it when they go. Family and kid friendly (many families and children present at dinner).
