the young employees need more training. their customer service skills are not professional or even nice. my daughter and grandson ordered their drinks, he didn't like his so my daughter asked if she could pay for different one. the young girl huffed and said "we don't usually do that" . they acted like they didn't want to do their jobs. they just threw away their drinks and left.

With dairy-free "milk" options and a clean, bright interior, it's a great spot to sit and enjoy a drink, such as the popular brown sugar boba milk tea, Raspberry Love, or the delicious bubble waffle. The owner is very helpful and walks guests through the menu to find the perfect choice. The drinks taste amazing, far better than many franchises, and come in cool, reusable cups. Definitely recommended for boba tea lovers!
