I visited the store last night, 2/8/2026, and found that the franchise owner must be either a hands-off owner or simply cares about profits more than satisfaction scores, or maintenance and sanitary code violations. At what should be a busy time, there was a grand total of two (2) employees on the premises, no one to relieve them for basic, lawfully required breaks, or cleanliness.
