I Order two sausage egg mcmuffins this morning at the drive thru. Service was fast and promt. Unfortunately the sausage patty tasted and smelled like it was fried in beef fat. It was the worst sausage egg muffin i've ever eaten.

I went through the McDonald’s drive thru today and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. It was clear that the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing, and it feels like proper training is lacking especially from someone in a management position.

The drive thru employees are usually a bit rude, but today it was noticeably worse. When I asked to speak with a manager, I genuinely thought I was still speaking to the same person from the drive-thru because there was no professionalism or clear difference in behavior. I asked again to speak with a manager, and she told me she was the manager. Her name was Nevaeh, and honestly, you would have never guessed she was in charge based on how she handled the situation.
She came across as unprofessional and didn’t show any basic problem-solving skills. I had an issue while placing my order, and it wasn’t resolved at all likely because she didn’t have the ability or willingness to address it properly. It was clear that customer service was not a priority for her.
I’ve been coming to this location for six years, but after today’s experience, I’ll probably try to avoid it going forward. I truly hope the store takes steps to hire and train staff especially management who are committed to delivering respectful and effective customer service in a food service environment.
