I love this store and I love the women that work here! They are so helpful and knowledgeable. And when Star is working, it's like visiting with a great friend! We have some of the BEST conversations! I recommend this store to everyone I know. Especially sick people looking for quick, natural healing.

I usually visit this health food store on Saturdays and interact with Star, the regular customer service representative, who is always great. However, my experience today, on a Friday, was far from pleasant. I encountered an older woman at checkout who never acknowledged my presence from the moment I entered the store until I left. There was also a male employee in the store who was pleasant but not particularly helpful.

The older woman was deeply engaged in a conversation with a customer who had already checked out and completely ignored me. I had to interrupt their conversation to get her attention; otherwise, she would have continued to overlook me. She then messed up the credit card transaction because she wasn't paying attention, and we had to redo it. Throughout the entire process, she never apologized, never said thank you, and ended the transaction with a sarcastic comment. She wished me a "happy day"—I sincerely hope she has the day and life she truly deserves. Will not be returning.

INTOLERABLE! Walked in and was completely ignored by the person behind the desk.

I don't care what you're doing, it takes two seconds to say, "Welcome in! Let me know if I can help."

I worked customer service for 30 years and things haven't changed THAT much.

Good manners are STILL expected.

Will NEVER step foot back in here again.

All the ladies that work there are so nice, helpful, knowledge and understanding. I'm a loyal customer there for 13 years. I once call to see if they had on something. They didn't but she took my name and number. Once they got it in they will call you to let you know it came in. They will put your name on it. That's what I'm talking about!!!
