We were a party of seven right after church. Was there a few weeks ago prior to today but today was very bad service place for just thrown down the table asked for new napkins. They were thrown on the table. Serve pancakes with no butter or syrup by time we got those items those items were cold, lousy attitude from the waitress . The toast they serve were like very tiny not like whole size bread that’s a little bit over $100 of sales that they will be losing cause we won’t come back

This is my second time eating here and the last time was prior to pandemic. I didnt have strong memories which means the first vist was neither awful nor fantastic.
Very american small family owned type restaurant and my first impression was this is mainly a breakfast place not a lunch one. The menu reflected this as well.
I chose the Philly cheesecake and it was better than anticipated hence 4 star. It was moist cheesy and lots of veggies. Too large a portion especially since I'd bet money many of their regulars are retirees.
I very rarely rate american restaurants higher than a 4. Largely because the level of service and the decor usually doesn't stick out as being fantastic. I'm an artist so decor is important to me.
I suspect their breakfasts are fantastic but unfortunately I'm never in this area early in the morning. Most of the 5 star reviews were from breakfast diners.
Nice management.delicious food !
Staff makes you feel welcome. Service is outstanding. Our goto breakfast spot. Consistently well prepared food.
Breakfast sandwich with hash browns, Bacon, egg, and cheese
They have the best pressed Cuban sandwich of anywhere I have eaten them.
I ordered a $10 item and they charged me $16. The server was also very inattentive. We were waiting for our eggs for over an hour and the waitress would walk off without saying a thing
Restaurantji Recommends
I eat breakfast there often. The food is always delicious and served in a timely manner. The entire staff is outstanding. You feel like family with them. We usually have Tay or Krickett take care of us. They are super friendly and we always have fun with them. The restaurant is always super clean and the owner/manager is a super lady, that provides a great restaurant to eat at! I would highly recommend trying it...I am sure you will not be disappointed!
Been here several times food is always good the prices are great but sometimes the service is a little slow
Varied menu. Super tasty food. Friendly folks
Going there for about 4 years. Good food for reasonable prices. Unfortunately, prices have had to be raised due to the economy, about $20 - $25 for 1 person. But most restaurants are that or more.
We came to Susies based on their google reviews and we were not disappointed!! Great, friendly service, food was excellent with good portions, and the waffle was especially delicious!! My 84 old mother was with us and she always bases her opinions on restaurants by how clean their windows and bathrooms are. Susies too passed the test with flying colors!!!
Cute, homey atmosphere, ample parking and easy to get to. Prices were reasonable in today's economy.
