How can I begin to describe the level of comfort and deliciousness that I experienced here? Great Americana diner, family-friendly place that maximizes taste and comfort to perfection. I loved my visit to this gem so much that I debated moving to New Port Richey! The food is amazing. We ordered so much from the menu, and I'm not sure how Chef Mike does it, but every single item on the menu was amazing and delicious! The coffee was perfect. The pancakes were thick, airy, and fluffy. The crepes were light and perfect. They did a country-fried skillet that I'm going to have dreams about. Biscuits! If you like them or want to ruin ever getting a biscuit from anywhere else, get a biscuit! The coffee. Lord knows I don't like black coffee, and I was drinking it straight without realizing I hadn't put in my creamer. Second day in a row there, they had a gnocchi soup that was so creamy and flavorful. Coming from an Italian, no notes! I wish I could do this place every day; it's probably a good thing I live out of town! I love this place, I love this family; they deserve all of the blessings and accolades. And whoever is reading this deserves to eat some great food from here!

The food quality and quantity is too good to be true. Amazing atmosphere with Mary an incredible owner that’s social, attentive, and caring. Above and beyond service with a smile. She refilled my coffee before I even had to ask and allowed my party to customize anything on the menu to their liking no questions asked. Cannot recommend a better place to go for breakfast! Immaculate Cafe!!

I have been coming here for years and this is by far, the best family style, home-cooked meal you can get at a restaurant. So many options for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The atmosphere, the food, and the family that runs the restaurant are all top notch.
You feel like your at home as soon as you walk in.

The prices are spot on affordable and the appreciation for their customers is known to all who walk through the doors. Whether you are there for breakfast, or a light lunch, or a filling fish dinner; you will either scrape your plate clean or leave with plenty of leftovers for later. I am from Massachusetts and every year I stop in at Tops to say hello. They never forget a name or a face. The love and friendship that the owners give to their customers is a bonus that comes at no additional cost. If you are looking for everything a diner gives and more, then I highly recommend this place.

Tops is amazing awesome food good prices. Harry and Mary are the friendliest owners. I try many different dishes and have never been disappointed. If you haven’t been here you’re missing out on the best food in New Port Richey. They are the best kept secret in the area.

Stopped here today for breakfast. First time eating here & what a pleasant surprise! Real made from scratch biscuits & gravy & the lightest, best pancakes I think I've ever had! Everything we had was delicious & freshly made to order! We'll be be going back & looking forward to trying their Friday Fish Fry. Give them a try, definitely worth it!

2nd visit in less than a week. First time we got the wings and they were delicious! Today we got the Philly cheesesteak and the patty melt. Both were great! It's becoming our new favorite place. The service is friendly, the prices are great and Mary and Amy are awesome! Thanks Tops! See you soon.
