Not as popular as it used to be, and not sure why. Food is still great! Seems ever since they discontinued having the Meriachi bands.

The people are so sweet and they make a mean margarita. Their prices are very high, especially for the location, i live less than a mile away and will usually bypass this place for a place farther away, just because of the prices. Also, it is always sooo hot in there! Not comfortable at all. Food is eh...

We’ve been here a couple times and the food and staff are always great. We’re from Texas and this is on par with Tex Mex we’d expect in Texas. Very good, highly recommend.

So VERY disappointed. We used to love this place. Ate there regularly but had cut back on take out this past year. We decided to treat ourselves and ordered our usual favorites only to get extremely bland, tasteless, watered down versions of them.

On top of that, many things were left out of the order. Not sure what happened to this place but now I understand why no one recommends them anymore.

We drove around looking for a decent place to eat in the Smyrna and my wife wanted to eat Mexican. This place has other locations so we assume it’ll be a decent place turns out it’s Friday 4 o’clock there was only one table with Clients . I asked the waiter why is the place empty And he said cause everybody will rush in at 7 PM. Keep in mind it’s 4:30, the pico de gallo was good The water was even better. We had guacamole and queso deep. That was also good but pricey, we order fajitas. Well to make story short. I feel like I was eating at a nursing home all the flavor lacked flavor, but that makes sense since I don’t want the food to go bad I doubt anything is fresh. It’s all frozen. I feel like I was eating at Dennys, you would assume with the average dish around $22. The food was going to be good. We paid 29 for the mix fajita and 25 for chicken fajitas. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this place. Hopefully other locations are better.
To management , the place does smells bad when you first come in, here we are 3 months later and the food still
Bland and expensive, I can relate to every bad review below, we should have kept driving the black beans from Panera 300 feet down the road taste more Mexican than the entire menu in this place, do
Not waste your time and money, the reason I gave this place 3 starts is because they fixed out problem. We came in wanting restaurant food and walked out appreciating home cooking,

Dined this afternoon. Pretty good, but pretty pricy overall. Missed the lunch timeslot and then wouldn't honor a $10 off coupons that someone gave us because it wasn't 5 pm...Why not just offer lunch prices til 5 pm? We were 1 of 2 tables in the middle of the day. $18.50 for 3 tacos, beans and rice...$16.50 for 2 enchiladas . Great Margarita!

We came in on a Saturday afternoon, the place was not busy at all. It was us and another group there eating. I got the chicken fajita and it was pitiful. It looked like the frozen thin tyson chicken. It was flavorless and dry spongy chicken, my peppers and onions most of them were so burnt they werent even edible. That plate was $18. If you’re gonna be high priced at least serve high quality food. Not no lunch lady cafeteria crap. Our bill was 61 and it was for two entrees, a beer an apple juice and a coke. The barria tacos were good, that was the only decent thing. The server was nice up untill it was time to go, then she was being super rude, and we left a decent tip. So idk why. We wont ever come back here. Im a foodie and this was such a waste of time and money. I didnt even eat my food.

The arroz con pollo is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. It was covered in a strange orange sauce that tasted like it came out of a box. It was okay I guess, but I definitely would not order it again.

I’ve been here a few times and the food has always been very tasty. The tacos Al pastor and the chicken soup and excellent choices and the portions are rather large. The service was good and the staff are friendly. As a mom I really appreciate the cleanliness of the restroom and changing table placed directly next to the sink, so you can wash your hands without stepping away from your child.

I have come here multiple times over the years since it was opened. This time I was very disappointed. The wait staff and service was excellent. The food however, was very disappointing. The queso dip was liquid such that it dripped right off the tortilla chips, unacceptable at $11. The fajita fillings were very bland and the vegetables overcooked. Even the rice was tasteless. The prices have risen astronomically in the past year. The last time I was here several months back I had a sangria and it was not at all like the sangria they used to serve. Given all that I will look for Mexican food elsewhere.
