Ordered and paid for a half dozen bagels and plain cream cheese. They handed me a stapled bag. Drove home and opened the bag, no cream cheese. Not driving all the way back. Not going back ever. Bagels were not fresh anyway, hard stale, not eating them without cream cheese.

Terrible experience. Service was awful, only 2 people in the restaurant and the 3 staff members had nothing under control and were openly complaining/irritated. My food was prepared immediately after a staff member took out both bags of trash. Directly proceeded to make my bagel without washing hands or using gloves. Definitely will not be back and do not recommend.

Just left, our order was completely messed up. No avocado on my order and my wife’s soft egg was burnt. We will not be back. We were the first ones in and last ones out. We were told online orders take precedent over in person. Ridiculous response to how long it took to get our food.

I have never been to an establishment that treated a customer like such an imposition. The lady taking our order at best short, rude and so unwelcoming I had to walk out before our simple order, two bagels with creamcheese was completed. Unfortunately my wife got even worse treatment having creamer thrown at her for the coffee that the lady didn't even let brew. Coffee was weak and undrinkable but the service really stole the show. We came in and supported your business, I don't know why we would have done something so terrible to you and I apologize it won't happen again. Won't ever be back and hope no one else eats here either cause you suck plain and simple.

I recently stopped in while I was on vacation. I had the best Philly bagel and home fries. Had a delicious coffee also. Everyone was very helpful. I will be back on my next visit to NSB.

Visited Bagel Stop on a Sunday morning and was thoroughly impressed! The breakfast bagels were absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crafted. The service was quick, friendly, and professional. My husband ordered the Bacon egg and cheese and the eggs were so fluffy, Scott is the best chef in town! If you're in New Smyrna Beach and craving a fantastic bagel, Bagel Stop is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!
