A friend from Cuba recommended this restaurant and it is terrific. They use real homemade Cuban bread, and the sweet bread they order from Miami. Real authentic bread is so important. The Cuban sandwiches are really excellent and served with plantain chips or sweet plantains. The restaurant is small with just a few seats but it is in a courtyard with tables available. Conveniently located near the beach. Relatively inexpensive too.
Top secret fresh homemade Cuban! You will not be disappointed!!
The food and the service were excellent. We got the Cubans and Mojo Chicken. Definitely recommend this place
Some of the best food I’ve ever had! If you are in NSB this is a staple spot to come and eat. I had the chicken tacos with creamy garlic. SOO YUMMY !!!
My cousin & I happened upon this gem set in a cute little courtyard off of Flagler Ave. I had the cuban and he had a raft. Before we took our third bite we were talking about coming back before vacation is over! Everything was made fresh and utterly delicious! After, we treated ourselves to the guava pastelito and flan which were both heavenly! We enjoyed chatting with the owner and staff who were both helpful and friendly. If I could give 6 stars, I would!
Had the Special Cuban sandwich and it was amazing!! Drinks by the can/bottle and sandwiches made fresh. The pork smell sold me as we walked by. Tucked in a courtyard off the main drive but worth searching!!
It was Good the lemon cake & Key lime cup was delicious ?
Excellent stop for lunch or an early dinner. Closed Sunday and Monday. If it's a beautiful day you can enjoy your food at any one of several patio tables. Excellent place to get your cuban cuisine fix.
I originally marked a five star for this awesome place! But then looked at our receipt and they had charged extra for items that weren’t advertised on the menu as being an extra cost. So because of that dishonesty I’m bumping my review down to 2 and we probably won’t be back. Sad! (They charged extra to put on the Rafts raw onions, slaw, picked onions, pickled radishes, pickled jalapeños, black beans. Again, they were just a part of the regular ingredients you could have and nothing looked at all like they were extra.)We loved our vegan food, and the non-vegan food looked amazing as well. We had the Cuban Rafts, and a cauliflower curry lime soup - yum!
Bec, the owner and chef has such a passion for all she makes and she is happy to give you food right for you. Her Vegan options are delicious and she also has meat for those who prefer that. All good quality and amazing flavors that she puts together Try her Cuban rafts or sandwiches on homemade bread. And her homemade pastries! We ate our food at tables outside in the courtyard just outside their door.

Grew up in Miami- and authentic Cuban cuisine. The food here is perfect- Media Noches are my favorite, the flan is as good as my mom's and the plantain chips included with the sandwiches are great! I brought my friend who is Cuban to try the food and she loved it so much she bought a Media Noche to take back with her to Idaho- lol. You won't be disappointed. I eat at Baracoa multiple times per month. A regular favorite food spot in New Smyrna Beach only surpassed by the friendly service and personal attention ?
Love the food and the employees! Absolutely amazing
Took my son here.. Food was delicious
Cuban sandwich was excellent. Ladies running it was very nice to talk with about the area.
