They didn't know how to make a hot fudge sundae. Then they were out of hot fudge. They let us take the fudge home to microwave it, but we didn't get any of the other toppings that would normally go with it. I weep for society.

Nice location not too far from New Smyrna beach. Attached to Dunkin and have lots of flavors of ice cream. Not that crowded most of the time. Good customer service

Would give a zero if I could. I ordered 3 items on Doordash, one being a banana split. The first time I received my order, the banana spilt was missing. After being charged, I call to no resolution, so I put in a new order. I was then told they were out of bananas, yet they still charged me for the banana split a SECOND time. I request a brownie. The store took it upon themselves to change my entire order with different ice cream and toppings, instead of just substituting the banana for the brownie. First time, last time

Great customer service. Not the best BR selection, no 31 flavors. Lobby clean. Bathrooms completely disgusting!! Like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. I didn't want to send my son into the mens room because it was so gross ! Don't touch anything in there!

Don’t waste your time if you think you’re going to pop through the drive through and get some ice cream. Nothing listed online was available, there aren’t flavors listed on the drive through menu and worst of all (the only reason I’m even taking the time to leave this review) the staff acted inconvenienced that a consumer would expect either- both had major attitudes. Two thumbs down.
