Absolutely disgusting ice cream. Got the pralines and cream, and the nuts were all stale and soft. The cones had the paper stuck on and tasted burnt. With so many options around just go somewhere else

I ordered an ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins for my son’s birthday, and I have to say—the team went above and beyond! It was an unusual design in the shape of a cooked turkey. Kelly the manager called me multiple times to keep me updated because they were having a bit of trouble getting the design just right. I didn’t catch the cake designers name but she did excellent. I know she was stressed. Rather than rushing it or settling, they offered alternative options, took the time to get it as close to perfect as they could, and made sure I was happy every step of the way.
Their kindness, patience, and dedication really stood out. It’s rare these days to find such caring customer service. The cake turned out great, and my son was thrilled. Thank you so much to the staff for helping make his birthday extra special. I truly appreciate the effort you put in!

They didn't know how to make a hot fudge sundae. Then they were out of hot fudge. They let us take the fudge home to microwave it, but we didn't get any of the other toppings that would normally go with it. I weep for society.
