Enjoyed a meal here today Saturday 11/1
Had Marissa as our server and she was great. She gave us her suggestions of items to order and they didn’t disappoint! Spicy rigatoni is my new favorite. We will be back!

We drove from Orlando because we heard good things about this place. I wish I could tell you how the food was but didn’t even get to try. We are more than understanding but our server didn’t even try. We got sat down and were not approached for a good 20 minutes after they gave us our drinks. We could see them helping others bringing out food to other parties that got in after us. It felt like they were deliberately ignoring us so we got up and left. Disappointed to say the least.

I went in here for pizza and meatballs today as we do often. We made our order to go. As the servers were running out of the door on their phones I had to ask for my drink. After that we realized they did not get Togo silverware with our meatballs.
The blond girl working today had an additude when I mentioned leaving a tip for a Togo order when I needed to ask for everything.
She told me “oh well you got your drink, didn’t you” and “we don’t give usually give Togo silverware with Togo orders” and “you can have your tip back”. Honestly she isn’t even the girl who rang me out. Just the one I had to ask for our things from. She didn’t give the server who I gave the tip to a chance to even apologize or make it right. The blonde girl was rude the entire time like I was bugging her when I asked for my things. She was not professional and unsure of how she even has a job in the service industry. Especially at the Bistro. I am very disappointed in this place. We come here often especially during slow times a day like today. I don’t think I will be returning due to this incident.

We were there Friday, Oct 17 at 2pm. No issues with parking, no waiting, ambience was great and our server, Nikki was terrific. The truffle fries were delicious. However, the main dishes we ordered Salmon pecan salad and 4 cheese pizza did not live up to our expectation. the chef did not make the salmon and goat cheese blend well for my taste. The 4 cheese pizza was just bland, the crust chewy, like the frozen type you buy at Publix or Walmart. Their prices are reasonable. I will come back to try the calzone and stromboli and revise review as warranted.

Sit at the bar and hope Kaley is working. She's fantastic. Prepares drinks for the bar area as well as the ENTIRE RESTAURANT!. She's a true professional!!!! Also, our food was delicious!!!!

Came to visit friends and stopped by for a late lunch. There was 6 of us, 3 couples. I had iced tea - usually don't do alcohol til after 4:00 :) They have a very large and varied menu, something for everyone! And daily specials.
We shared the mussels for an appetizer. They came with crusty bread, not a very large portion for $15, but tasted nice. Also has soft pretzel sticks. For my meal I had a small caesar salad with grilled shrimp. I asked for dressing on the side (in case I didn't like it). It was good and the shrimp were large and very tasty. Croutons, not so much, stale and tasteless. Hubby got the steak salad - he loved it. One of the guys got the meat Stromboli, it was huge. Another got the Cobb salad, it looked very nice. Service was B- I didn't ask for another iced tea, she brought me one. Thought is was free refills, until I saw on my check a charge for 2 iced teas! Had that corrected. A+ for NOT using Styrofoam to-go containers! The Earth thanx you!
