I had Cafe Heavenly 5 years ago. The lobster roll was amazing. It came with melted butter on side, bread was toasted and filled with lobster. Jan 2025, we came back to realize to new owners and new name, but decided to give it a try. It was extremely disappointing. The roll didn’t have melted butter was cold, bun seemed lower quality. My daughter got lobster mac and cheese. It was Kraft Mac and cheese with few pieces of lobster. My other daughter got calzone which broke when cooking so they had to make another one that didn’t arrive until after everyone else food arrived. We were the only ones in the restaurant so staff had the time. I raved about this place for 5 years waiting to come back and now definitely won’t go again next time in area.

Surprisingly the lobster roll at Caffe Paradiso was incredible! I didn’t expect it to be this good, but I could easily compare it to the one I had at Neptuno in Boston. The flavors were spot-on, and everything tasted so fresh. Highly recommend trying it if you love lobster rolls. And don’t skip the tiramisu—it was out of this world!

The customer service from Sadan was very good. He was very attentive.

This place really exceeded my expectations.

We found this little gem a few months ago. The staff is friendly and service was fast. We originally come from New England so we know our lobster rolls and this one is amazing! Lots of meat, I had a couple full claws in mine and comes with a light ceaser salad on the side. Haven’t tried that woodfired pizzas yet but I hear they’re amazing and we will definitely be back on a regular basis!

Somehow the pizza was like it was, built and cooked in a bowling alley, while reheated in an under temperature wood burning pizza oven. Rolls for the warm lobster rolls were burnt. Caesar’s over dressed. New owners seem really nice, I’m rooting for them and hope they read this review.

The interior of the space was great! Much cleaner and a nice little upgrade. Now get that food back to par and you’ll be rolling!

Best of luck, I’ll stop back in a couple of months from now.

Sharon and Mikka took great care of my little family today! The owner Luigi was sooo kind!

Caffe Paradiso in New Smyrna Beach is a gem, just steps away from the beach! Under the new ownership, the place still serves the same great food we’ve come to love. The menu features an impressive variety of specialty items, including authentic lobster rolls from Maine, lump & jumbo lump crab cakes, wild caught mahi fish tacos, grilled Cubans, Reubens & hot pastramis, gourmet salads, and a special veggie section.

We tried both soups — lobster and clam chowder — and both were so delicious it was hard to pick a favorite! The lobster roll was exceptional. What made the experience even better was how kind the staff were to our son, even giving him a banana.

Great food, friendly service, and a perfect location. We’ll definitely be back!

New owners same menu. Completely got our order wrong, but I think the lady behind the register was new. Lobster bisque, rolls, and pizza were good. I think they changed the rolls themselves. They used to be more toasted and buttery, and these appeared to be more like a hot dog bun. The meat was good and plentiful, the pizza was amazing

Worst experience with a restaurant ever. Waited over 20 mins for clam chowder that was on the counter. Waitress was not attentive, gave our food away to other customers TWICE, and we were the only customers there. The pizza came out burned and dry. Don’t waste your time or energy going here. You will be disappointed.

Pizza was good but a lil pricey which is expected for newer restaurants. I recommend scratching the loud Spanish music and you'll attract older, wealthier locals than can afford a few pies. I would go back for sure.

We couldn’t wait to try this place until we did. Absolute worst customer service EVER! I ordered on-line 2 calzones, cheesy bread, and a pepperoni pizza. = $169.73. I don’t mind the pricing as long as I get what I ordered which I did not. The pepperoni pizza had Greek olives on it and a ton of them on it! 1- calzone was suppose to be meats and peppers, onions , mushrooms. It was filled with yellow corn! The other calzone was suppose to be sun-dried tomatoes and cheese, it was loaded with bacon and jalapeños! I called to let them know my order was not right and the lady that I spoke to was right out rude. She did not care that my order was wrong, she offered a 10% discount which was nothing considering we had to get dinner elsewhere. I will NEVER return to this establishment. And to the lady that I spoke to about my order, I hope someone treats you the way you treated me on the phone tonight. You yelled at me the whole time accusing me of lying about my order. Your business is nothing without customers. This was my first time at this place and it will be my last. It costs you zero dollars to be a descent human being and you couldn’t even do that!

Regrets- formerly Cafe Heavenly now under new ownership fails in continuing the previous experience of excellence in food and service. Sorry to see it turnover.
