Wait time was ridiculous at The Garlic, so we decided to go somewhere else. Glad we did this place is warm and friendly with good food.Salsiccia Peperonata 6/10$10.49Classic Italian sausage and peppers with onions and garlic, sautéed in olive oil.- just probably not my thing. The overall taste was good but would have preferred my sausage crispy and the peppers and onions with a little more bite. To me the texture was off.Caesar Salad. 8/10$10.49Fresh romaine topped with grated and shaved parmesan, as well as our house-made croutons. Served with our locally made Caesar dressing on the side.-Pretty good Caesar salad. The shaved and grated parmesan was a nice touch. The dressing was above average and tasted homemade.Prosciutto & Arugula Pizza 8/10$16.49/+Thinly sliced prosciutto, fresh arugula, cherry tomatoes, and shaved parmesan over mozzarella. If you would like to add additional toppings, you can scroll down to add them to the entire pizza (whole), the first half, or the second half | $16.49 / 12" | $20.99 / 16"- solid pizza. The dough/crust is to die for. All fresh ingredients. Personally I think it was missing an important element like a balsamic drizzle to tie everything together. Would definitely order another pizza but probably a different one or customize this one.All in all we will be coming back to try other menu items. Solid experience.

Excellent pie and a great atmosphere. Service was superb and everything that came out of the kitchen looked amazing. My only very small ding was there was a smidgen too much cheese and the pie could have stayed in the oven another 2 minutes. All in all a wonderful place to grab a bite. Hand made pasta and great pizza. Too bad no slice(s) specials for lunch but still reasonable for 2 to eat.

We had a pizza that was just fair in quality. The amount of toppings were sparse. Had carry out on our second visit. Ordered spaggett2i with meat balls. At home I found a container with 2 mearballs that were, noodles but no sauce. Needless to say, not a good meal. I do not reccomend this place.

Absolutely Love Love Love the Food here.THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD IN NSB HANDS DOWN ?
The best Italian in NSB. They make their own pasta in house. The pizza is on point. Atmosphere is great. It fills up quick but they do a great job balancing table turnover without feeling pushed out. Highly recommended.

After an hour and a half wait and watching other patrons come in after us and being sitted, we left. Worse place I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. I'll never darken the doors of that place again.

I first walked through the door of Vesuvios to buy a gift certificate for a friend who loves this place.! PAULO (SP?) was hard at work turning out his homemade pastas. Immediately, I was impressed. Last Saturday, I ate my first meal in Vesuvios..a lunch special..Alfredo Fettuccine. My friends ordered the Mannicotti and the Gnoshi. We all agreed that it was the best-tasting Italian food we'd ever eaten!! Anywhere. Anytime! Our lunch specials were served hot right out of the oven and included a fresh house salad and wonderful bread with oil/basalmic dip. The service was prompt and friendly, and I plan to eat there for THE REST OF MY LIFE!

We wanted to spend lunch at the beach yesterday , so we decided for a take out pizza from " Caffe' Vesuvio " .My husband chose the 16-inch "Supreme ", lg .while waiting , I looked around . As we were the very first customers, I could take a look at everything . The restaurant itself was very nice , the deco unique and the staff friendly . We asked for a little parmesan and chilly flakes, and we even got some napkins. Full of anticipation, we went to the New Smyrna Beach pavilion to sit and eat at the beach side . As my husband tried to take a slice out of the box, the whole slice fell flat, and the little toppings on it too . This was such a very sad pizza ! So, extra soggy , the toppings were sparse ! So greasy and undercooked ! What a huge disappointment !!! We could have at "Cici Cisi's Pizza" a 10 x BETTER pizza ! for $ 23 !!! For 2 people ! We don't know about the rest of there dishes , but if you are looking for a takeout pizza , that is a NO don't do it , you are waiting your money ! I guess we are not coming back again. My bad , no photos ,battery went dead
