We go to Chase’s as often as possible. It’s one of our favorite spots. The service and food are always wonderful. Katie is a fabulous bartender and she always makes our drinks perfectly while keeping us laughing. She’s a lot of fun and a great bartender. Bri N is our favorite server. She is always amazing whether we have a large or small group.We had loved Chases for years but like it now even better than before the remodel. Food is fabulous!
First time we've been there since the hurricane and remodel. Beautiful place, good food, great service. Our waitress Sarah was wonderful! Even the parking attendant was a pleasure to speak to. Awesome place. We'll be back!

Food is more your typical bar food. I think it is overrated. They have a pool and a bar by the pool and the restaurant overlooks the pool and not the beach. You only have ocean view if you sit on the deck outside and partial views inside. We sat at the bar and it took forever to get in our first order. I think they are short staffed. The bar was 3/4 full and the restaurant about half at 5:30 on a Friday.Parking: Not a lot of on site parking and forget finding an ADA spot.

We have been going to Chases for years! After last weekend I knew I had to leave a review! We literally got a room at The Trillium Condominium next to Chases so we could stay at Chases as long as we wanted! The reason I am finally leaving a review is because of our server! Sladen ? she was so warm and welcoming! She felt like an old friend! The food was delicious! The drinks were yummy! Now we wish we could buy the vacant lot next to Chases and build a house ?! So if you’re in or near New Smyrna Beach do yourself a favor and go to Chases!

Waited 10 minutes with no greeting or being showed to a table, had to find our own seat where I was ignored. Bartender and service was terrible, drinks were expensive, not made correctly and very disappointing. The scenery obviously is good, but more care needs to be put into food and drinks.
