I don’t usually leave reviews, but I stopped by randomly just because I was craving fried chicken, just to find the best fried chicken I’ve ever had while living in Florida. Crispy and well seasoned on the outside, juicy on the inside. Craig is the coolest, kindest, and down to earth owner I’ve ever met, just my interaction with him (before the food) was enough to make me wanna come back

I love Uncle Chicken and since Craig owned both I felt the need to try the new place. I thought the chicken was very good with a thinner nicely flavored breading instead of the thick stuff that holds all the oil. The mashed potatoes were very good and the greens were also nicely flavored. They were a bit slow when I got there so I had the owner coking and waiting on me so he is involved just like at Uncle Chicken.

We just left the Chicken Shack after having delicious, crispy chicken. Sides are great and service was excellent. Also had apiece of mango cake with mango mousse and cherry topping! Yum!!!
The green beans were wonderfully smokey. The mango mousse cake was delightfully light and perfectly paired with sour cherry topping.
