We ordered a chicken & steak burrito and chicken bowl and neither had meat in them. I tried to call the store as it was an online order to request it be fixed and you can't talk directly to the store. You can only use their AI app and then they only give you a credit. I only use the app because you can't order a full quesadilla in store. If you want a full quesadilla then you have to order on the app. For the price you pay for Chipotle it shouldn't come with so many problems! Spent $60 to not want to eat my meal.

Went in 5-10 minutes after they opened and unfortunately nothing was prepared. I asked for the brisket and that wasnt ready nor the steak. Then went down the line and neither was the corn salsa or sour cream.
I completely understand them running behind so I even asked if they needed some time and they didn’t seem to have any interest in that and said what is ready is ready. I like this Chipotle, but would recommend working on customer service and living up to the hours they promote.

This place needs management now! I swear it is entirely ran by young teenagers who absolutely FAIL at keeping this place functioning. Im someone who will eat at chipotle 2/3 times a week and let just say in the last ten times I have come to get food here I am told they are out of half of what i could put on my bowl because they have NOTHING prepared. Someone need to put them in gear and assign someone to cook the damn food before they are out.

I love only a couple of minutes from our local Chipotle and got home to a cold steak burrito bowl. I picked it up exactly when I requested. Also the quantity of the bowl was barely half of what it has been in all other orders. Very disappointed in my food tonight all around.

Most of the beans and meats were dried out. I was rushed by the server. Every time I added ingredient, she was ready to slide my tray down like she was done with me and then I would add something else. I was looking over the choices that I had because I’ve never been here before and it is my last time here. I couldn’t hear the cashier. It’s a metal building. The music was too loud. I kept telling her I couldn’t hear her and I could see her with a little smirk on her face. She refused to speak any louder. I’ll never be back to a chipotle again.

Small portions, got less than half a scoop of meat at the very bottom of the container and she didn’t even bother getting more even when asked, the place wasn’t even busy and no one else was in line. The girl with pigtail braids was rude. Quite upsetting & disappointing. Don’t recommend this location, sadly.
