It was my first time at Chipotle and I bought chips and guacamole and they gave me one tiny container of guacamole so I paid for a second tiny container. Then I discovered the bag of chips they gave me was stale. Chips were chewy and did not taste good. I had to come back and they gave me a replacement bag of chips which were only slightly better. Customer service was cold and not friendly.

This chipotle is horrible workers have a big attitude here Dani has a big attitude and served my food like I was a dog I asked for more steak and she just hissed at me. The manager is even worse I would never ever come here again. The only sweet one was Sophie.

Atmosphere was one cuz some Alfalfa looking teenager decided it would be fun to film me eating. I'm not even that fat, not that that justifies someone getting filmed. Have video of what they look like if anybody wants to see..Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten allergy was very pleased to find many selections that I can have. Guacamole was bomb queso could use some help

I don't recommend it, the 3 times I've been to this store the food portion is very small, unlike all the other Chipotles, they serve very little food, so they're giving you a free sample, Terrible!

My mom ordered online for a Burrito Bowl with the 12 dollar carne asada, with rice, and queso. It was a 15 dollar burrito bowl. This is ridiculous and the food was cold. I’ve ordered numerous times from this location and never had an issue. My mom shouldn’t have paid for this. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Do

I love Chipotle and was excited for them to open up in New Smyrna, but this location is not good. The staff is not friendly at all. They just slop your food together without a care in the world, and the ingredients are not kept very fresh. I wanted to like this place and have given them a few tries over time, but I would rather grab Chipotle in Daytona after work and bring it home to New Smyrna than go to the New Smyrna location.
It's clean, fast and food is pretty good. Service has always been great. As far as a "fast food" style restaurant, it is one of the better ones. There's even healthy choices.

My past three orders from this restaurant have been terrible. One time, there was extremely sharp pieces of what looked to be dry, cooked onion, skin Mixed in With my burrito that cut the inside of my mouth. The latest time there were rock hard uncooked rice grains all throughout my burrito and previously, my order was just wrong And the food was ice cold Even though we picked it up right on time. Very frustrating to pay that much money for a meal and have it be completely inedible time after time.

Parking Lot not well lit at night. Bathroom was clean which is a good indication of cleanliness of food handling. Food line was efficient though employees assisting customers were Kurt and at time appeared irritated with customers. Cashier was polite but not at the register when it was time to ring up the purchase. One primary food item was not available. Primary server wore a name tag that said I am nicer than my face looks, which did not seem to be correct based on interactions with three customers in a row. All issues point to poor store management. Customer service policy or training is failing. Product availability caused loss of up sale. Quality of food is normally good however this visit beef contained several bits of inedible gristle. Quality of entree likely a corporate contracting issue the store management may have no influence over. Seating area was orderly but needed to be cleaned. No garbage from previous customers in seating area. In two months and three visits two experiences have been similar to this one. Chipotle has been a family favorite for years though that loyalty is being challenged with poor service, poor product availability and poor food quality at times. Family of fours visit under was 60.00. Will likely only go again in the next few months out of a lack of quick options and in hopes of improvement. Disappointing, Chipotle seems a better option than cheap burgers, fried foods and economy tacos. Though there is a time for those quick options; which will be more often with this lack of consistency at this location.Vegetarian options: Option to only select vegetables.
