What a wonderful friendly Bartender Desiree

10/10!!! Everything about this place me and my sister loved. The food was awesome. We had the Grouper nuggets as an appetizer, I had the Key West combo with caribbean street corn, and black beans and rice. My sister had fish and chips with black beans and rice as well. Everything was so delicious! I also had a Tito’s blue raspberry lemonade (i can’t remember the name!) and it was also phenomenal. We had the best server, the best view on the upper deck, and the live music was also a great plus.

The only complaint is they had a young girl by herself running the host stand and sweet willy’s downstairs. We went to get an ice cream and they only had limited selection, she scooped my ice cream and sat it down to go and sit the door. We waited and waited for her to come back to get the other ice cream, as mine melted. After about 10-15 min we decided to leave. Everything else was phenomenal!

Worst customer service I have ever had here. Just wanted a drink and the place was empty. Sat at bar and it took forever to get someone. I had a question and the bar tender and manager couldn’t answer and did nothing to even try to help. The staff and manager seems annoyed that customers were there.

Left and went next door to the Ocean Breeze, and they were super receptive and helpful and happy to have our business.

I strongly suggest passing on Crabbys and going to Ocean Breeze instead!

And Ocean Breeze Bloody Mary is better tasting too!

Food is good. Drinks are middle of the road. Shots are trash, a double barely gives you a full shot (see Pic). The view is good and fish and chips as well. Service is generally quite good but hit or miss during busy hours.

The food is delicious! The service is friendly! And the view of the beach is divine. This is our favorite place in New Smyrna Beach.

Our new favorite breakfast/ brunch spot in NSB. Had to come back multiple times this trip because the menu has so many great options! Great service from Ashley every time and definitely will be back! Highly recommend the chilaquiles for breakfast. Plenty of good drinks to enjoy for brunch as well, all without breaking the bank. Thanks crabbys!

Great place to relax and enjoy a cold beer with ocean view! Loved the atmosphere and cool vibes. We had the mahi sandwich and it was amazing! We are coming back for sure
