I loved this cute brunch type restaurant. If I lived in the area, I'd become a regular. Our server was friendly and made us feel welcome. Our food was delicious and the portions were generous.

Been here evey year while on vacation, and the food is just average or below. Lack of options for breakfast, so we visited again. This trip. Breakfast should be easy to get right, but theu can't seem to do that. Had biscuits with breakfast that were grilled on one side, and raw dough on th other! SMH...no oven I'm guessing, but WHY can't they prepare something so simple?!

Parking: C's is conveniently located near the beach. There is always plenty of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Every time I bring my sons to visit my Dad we stop at C's.

I love C's waffles. It is a very reliable and consistent meal. Locals love this place and you can't get it anywhere else other then this part of the state. They have locations in Deland and Titusville as well. I got the Sante Fe omelet and pecan waffle. Excellent as always ??. Highly recommend before a day on the beach.

Vegetarian options: Veggie omelet is absolutely the best here. Everytime we come to New Smyrna this is my breakfast. DELICIOUS!

A great morning breakfast experience! The strawberry Nutella waffles were amazing. I didn’t even need or want syrup or butter. It was delicious just the way it was! The eggs were fluffy and hot! Breakfast was fast efficient and the place was packed when we got there. It was also clean as a pin! We will come again!

Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options including waffles, pancakes, eggs and avacado toast. You’re out of luck if you’re vegan though.
