Thank God for Culver's -they're AMAZINGLY GOOD! I had a 3 pc fish dinner and it was yummmm ? After Google maps sent me on a wild goose chase & ending up nearly wrecking my bike (due to storm trees being in the bike path)-I ended up at Culver's again 2 days later & once again I was BLOWN AWAY at the service and food! Great staff & overall experience- you will not be disappointed with the portion size or the taste of delicious food! Great addition to NSB??

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at your Culver’s in New Smyrna Beach. Despite having been a loyal customer for years, I will unfortunately be unable to return.
On Saturday, October 5th 2024, I placed an online order for a customized gluten-free burger. When the order arrived, it was incorrect in several ways. I contacted the restaurant to report the issue and was instructed to come in to pick up the correct order.
Upon arrival, I was asked for a confirmation number or receipt, which I did not have. After a brief inconvenience, I was able to show the staff a photo of the incorrect order. However, the wait for the corrected meal was unnecessarily long, and the staff’s behavior was unprofessional.
To my further dismay, the corrected meal was also incorrect. I contacted the general manager, who denied any wrongdoing and seemed uninterested in resolving the issue.
I have been a satisfied customer of Culver’s in New Smyrna Beach for a considerable amount of time, but this recent experience has completely eroded my trust in your brand. I believe that your staff's lack of professionalism and attention to detail is unacceptable. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure that such incidents do not occur again.
There's a guy there. I believe he's autistic or something. but every time I go in there he's slamming things around. yelling at the other employees and generally just makes me feel like I want to leave. Why is he doing this? He's been there forever however I'm concerned about folks safety at this point. what's to stop this guy from going over the edge and hurting others? Nothing. He continues his employment there while making the clientele feel uncomfortable in ur establishment. Kinda wondering what the purpose is of having someone who acts and speaks so toxic that it deters business? Ur foods alright but honestly for the price and a better experience atmo wise ur better off down the street at the wendys. Get some saucy nuggs. Those are great and the folks there are pleasant. Way better dining experience than Culver's.

A decent burger, but the drive thru wait is at least 5 minutes. Made fresh takes time. The chili cheese fries are pretty good though.
