Placed an on-line order for pick up. When I grabbed the coffee off their shelf, the top was NOT secure and the coffee burnt my hand. I immediately shouted (see your video). It scorched my right hand and it dropped everywhere. One of your employees witnessed the incident.

Every time I go they get my order wrong and I have to come back go inside and have them fix it .This morning I asked for bagel toasted dark with butter AND cream cheese. I got my bagel back basically raw(hardly toasted at all never mind asking for it dark) no butter no cream cheese! Happens 4 out of 5 times I go there. Check your food before you leave because it’s more than likely wrong!!!

Today I went through the drive thru and when I pulled up I watched the lady that took my order (Charlene) take another customers order on her headset. She was rolling her eyes putting her hands up, making faces and being absolutely rude to them for no reason at all. With no regard for the other customers watching her act like that (myself included) . Last time I checked we are paying customers and dont deserve to be treated like that. On other occasions that I have been there she normally gets my order wrong and acts as if was my fault, rolling her eyes and sighing. She should be spoken to by management. If she is burnt out perhaps someone could help her.

Good Dunkin. Good staff. Got exactly what was ordered.
For months this place has had horrible service, if you can even call it that. You will wait forever for a cashier. Today I had to holler at the 3 people working who were looking at me “ is anybody a cashier “. Finally someone comes over and they mumbled to themselves “ I can’t run this place alone “. Everytime I go here ( because it’s the only one close ) the staff is arguing with each other , swearing at each other , and fighting over who has to help customers at the register. Food is always hardly warm or toasted , cheese never melted. Coffee is usually always made wrong. I had to hand my coffee back today as well to be made the way I ordered it. They def need new management and serious help.

They can’t make an iced coffee that tastes good if their life depended on it! You order a large iced coffee and they won’t put full pumps of the flavor you asked for in it so you end up paying for a bitter drink!

I get Dunkin frequently and this is by far the worst run Dunkin I have ever visited. The hot coffee we ordered was great. However, our two iced coffees tasted old with a licorice after taste. We ordered a 10 count of assorted munchkins. We received 10 glazed, stale, jawbreaker like munchkins. One a positive note maybe my son's wiggly tooth will come out soon.
