Had been in Orlando all weekend and on the way home my granddaughter and I decided we would stop at the Dunkin Donuts on 44 in New Smyrna. NOT EVER AGAIN! We went to the drive through, which was backed up, but ok that happens. When we got to the order window I ordered a dozen glazed donuts. The girl taking my order told me that I could only have 6 because to get a dozen glazed donuts I would have to call the day ahead and special order. FOR GLAZED DONUTS?!! This is an item that should be readily available AT ANYTIME THEY ARE OPEN. I know the donut business is not easy. My husband and I owned a Dixie Cream shop in Brunswick Georgia. You ALWAYS have glazed donuts ready to sell. I bought the 6, but they lost two customers today and I do plan on telling everyone I know to not go here.

Beware of their slippery floors in the bathrooms. Fell hard been in pain for over a week. Seemed like it was mopped with a greasy mop. Floor wasn't even wet. Got an apology 😑

Been here 200+ times (it’s on my way to school). Even with a long drive thru line, it goes quick. Orders always accurate. Cashiers always friendly. They frequently make my morning a good one. Plus, it’s a little cheaper than the Dunkin on beachside. I was surprised to see the bad reviews for this place, because I come here all the time and always have a good experience.

To be honest when you work in customer service no matter what you’re supposed to be nice to the customers especially when I didn’t do anything but order, and lady was rude and frustrated because machine wasn’t working, and had an attitude towards me because of it

Placed an on-line order for pick up. When I grabbed the coffee off their shelf, the top was NOT secure and the coffee burnt my hand. I immediately shouted (see your video). It scorched my right hand and it dropped everywhere. One of your employees witnessed the incident.
I’m not sure the customer service is their forte, They should maybe consider our career working in a sewer

Every time I go they get my order wrong and I have to come back go inside and have them fix it .This morning I asked for bagel toasted dark with butter AND cream cheese. I got my bagel back basically raw(hardly toasted at all never mind asking for it dark) no butter no cream cheese! Happens 4 out of 5 times I go there. Check your food before you leave because it’s more than likely wrong!!!

Today I went through the drive thru and when I pulled up I watched the lady that took my order (Charlene) take another customers order on her headset. She was rolling her eyes putting her hands up, making faces and being absolutely rude to them for no reason at all. With no regard for the other customers watching her act like that (myself included) . Last time I checked we are paying customers and dont deserve to be treated like that. On other occasions that I have been there she normally gets my order wrong and acts as if was my fault, rolling her eyes and sighing. She should be spoken to by management. If she is burnt out perhaps someone could help her.
