The food is delicious. Great subs. The only problem I have is both bathrooms are locked and it clearly says no public bathrooms. I wanted to wash my hands before I began eating and couldn't. How can a restaurant not provide a bathroom for their customers? Come on Firehouse really?
I like their subs no complaint with food or service. I was disappointed that apparently their app changed and I had 10,000 points and now have zero. Was told nothing they could do and others have complained as well.
