I haven't eaten at Firehouse that many times however when I was working at Big lots next door to it I did get myself a sub a couple of times a month and the service was always exceptional and the staff are always white generous and hard at work

First thing I'll say is this is my 2nd visit in the past month and the service was a little better than the first time. But even though the workers were a little more responsive, you still wait far too long for them to acknowledge you to take your order. The place was not busy at all both times. Then on top of that the bathroom is locked with a baffling smart lock that requires a 6 digit code and has multiple numbers for each button so that it's not clear how to use. I have no clue why they would use this rather than a key lock or even one of the locks with clear buttons on them. This was my last visit.

My order was completely wrong & they wouldn’t fix it. I spent 30$ on the most terrible place ever. Never ever going there again.

Has to be the sorry place of Business. We went in with our family and they don’t accept high bills on a $50 ticket. Why would a place like this be accepting cash in general? Should say card only on the door if you do not carry enough cash for a customers change. Very unbelievable and unacceptable.

The food is delicious. Great subs. The only problem I have is both bathrooms are locked and it clearly says no public bathrooms. I wanted to wash my hands before I began eating and couldn't. How can a restaurant not provide a bathroom for their customers? Come on Firehouse really?

Just a horrible location. Firstly the workers refused to add an item to my sub. Not because they were out, but because my sub didn’t come with that specific topping? That’s the dumbest reason to refuse to add a topping to a sub… secondly they added mayo to my sub which I did NOT ask for.. I didn’t ask for my sub to be fully loaded or whatever they call it when it comes with all the base ingredients.. I asked for specific ingredients.. if I wanted mayo I would have said that.. Mayo makes me sick to my stomach so to add it without request is a really big issue. Thirdly when I took my first bite (before realizing they added mayo) all the meat was pure fat! Couldn’t even chew the bite I took. Lastly the whole dining area looked disgusting like it hadn’t been cleaned all day.. honestly wish I would have just gotten subway. Won’t be returning here again and honestly wish I didn’t waste my money here because this sandwich is just plane inedible.

Yes I went into Firehouse Subs in the little skinny girl that was behind the counter waiting on me rolling her eyes and giving me dirty looks I spent over $60 in there from giving a tip plus donating to the firefighter and my son was supposed to been a medium she give me a small ordered a large combo meatball pepperoni and another large pepperoni meatball combo and a medium steak with everything on it but no cheese and I got my sub it was a small and it was all throwed in the box I have pictures of it I am very upset over how I was treated in there with this young girl she's got a very nasty attitude rolling her eyes at the customers and the look she is giving everybody that's not good customer service I don't think I'll be going back there I did not like her attitude in the look she was giving the customers as they were coming in

Pricing is through the roof 15.89 for a medium sandwich meal . It be one thing if the portion was matched but the sub was way light Very good taste but the value isnt there
