This is basically a self service restaurant. I had the rice bowl with chicken the food was ok but the rice was completely overcooked and was mush.

The service was not great. We got our burgers and fries came 15 mins later and they weren’t even cooked all the way. When asked for new fries that were cooked that took another 20 mins and the Lil red headed girl who was the waiter was rude. We love JH but this place Sucked…. Please hire people that have integrity

Nachos were disgusting. Nacho chips were old and canned cheese was a disappoint. Very thick and didn’t even look like cheese. Def wasn’t worth 14$. Clearwater Florida is the best location. Staff was friendly, atmosphere was good, just cheese was terrible. You can do better than this guys.

The Hulas crowd and bartenders are the best. $3 Landshark drafts all day every day plus delicious tacos and great service…what’s not to like.

My husband and I had to check out the new location in NSB...we love the vibe there. The food is delicious, as always!

Walked in and the gentleman immediately took my order. I gave this location 4 stars primarily because I saw that one man was doing the most that day. He looked stressed out, exhausted and I couldbt help but ask "why are you here by yourself?". He responded, "it's like this every day".

The gentleman moving at such a speed was almost uncanny. Although I did not understand why such a large establishment can't afford more workers. Did it impact the timely delivery of my food? No. Was the food terrible? No. Did I wait a long time? No.

There were two cooks and the one server was handling EVERYTHING else. Give the man some help! Restaurant is great but this isn't some mom & pop shop where they can't afford more workers.

Elaine, Sam, and Robin are my favorite servers/bartenders! Great service, attitudes, and personalities! The food is great and consistent! The only thing I'm not a fan of, is the way the food comes out, whenever it's ready, not one party at a time. But whatever, I love this place!

A really pleasant, casual place to spend some time. Laid back and comfortable, with some pretty good food (nice menu selections!)

Great place to grab a bite and a drink on canal street. Usually get the fried fish taco with mandarin and mango pico. Last couple times the fish wasn't the best so no I go for the poke bowl. ?

Parking: The restaurant has 2 handicapped spots in the back. Otherwise, it's all street parking.
