I ordered breakfast on 12/13 at 10:48am. Breakfast stops at 11:00am. I’m in the drive through like for about 15 mins waiting to get to the speaker because the line is so long. I finally get to the speaker to give my code to them and I’m waiting again to speak to someone. No one answered me right away. I was still waiting to give my code to the employee. I finally said hello after waiting about 10-15 mins and they answered and I told them I had a code and I gave it to them(now it’s way after 11) waiting all that time in the drive through the lady said that those are breakfast item and I need to cancel the order because they switched over to lunch. How when I have ordered way before 11 I should be abled to get my food. She said No I can’t get it because we have switched over to lunch for me to come inside and speak to a manager. I went inside and was standing at the counter for 15 mins all the employees looks right at me and no one helped me. Like I was invisible to them. No one came to speak to me even when I said hello! This is outrageous and I will be taking this up with corporate. If this is how they treat they customers and doesn’t have respect for us I will never order at this location ever again. The manager Amber was there and she didn’t do anything to help me. Just a bad rep from an employee to a customer.

I was not to impressed with my experience at this particular McDonald’s. We ordered our food, and it took awhile to get to us. When it was finally time to eat our three apple pies, we realized our pies were eight hours old.
There are stickers on the sides of the boxes for a reason, if an employee realizes a product is expired. Then throw it out.
Just don’t serve it to the customers instead of making something fresh.
After letting the one woman know about it, they replaced them.

Did something recently happen here? This used to be the best McDonald's around until a couple of months ago, now the fries are somehow cold multiple times I don't know how that's possible and there's not one salt and granule on the fries anymore, I used to go out of my way to come here because they would salt the crap out of the fries, I'm not going to McDonald's to be healthy. And if y'all just got a new manager recently, they suck, something happened the past couple of months
The lady who took my order was rude and rushing me, and when I got to the window she was reading my card information then slammed the window in my face and was overall very rude, little customer service. On the other hand the BADDIE who handed me my food and made my McFlurry was very kind and welcoming and she deserves a raise.

Order was wrong .. quarter pounder was half cooked still pink inside and they put so many onions on the burger I had to scrape most of them off.. and I heard them saying to the manager as I was at the drive thru window how they gave the wrong order to a lady. Very disappointing..

Today a mcdonalds worker was in the bathroom, peeing on the floor, didnt flush, and didnt wash his hands. i was waiting in bathroom to take a dump. Hes preparing food today. Young white guy wearing black, and a black hat. Beware!
