Order was wrong .. quarter pounder was half cooked still pink inside and they put so many onions on the burger I had to scrape most of them off.. and I heard them saying to the manager as I was at the drive thru window how they gave the wrong order to a lady. Very disappointing..

Today a mcdonalds worker was in the bathroom, peeing on the floor, didnt flush, and didnt wash his hands. i was waiting in bathroom to take a dump. Hes preparing food today. Young white guy wearing black, and a black hat. Beware!

It's McDonald's, with that, this location has been very consistent and has provided quality food (for McDonald's). The staff had been very friendly, helpful and polite! Can't review inside because I've only ever gone through the drive-thru. No complaints! 🌺✌🏻

Place has really took a nosedive in the past year. No matter the time of day, the dining area and bathrooms will be filthy. The AC is kept on arctic blast. If you order at the kiosk and select dine-in, you'll still get your food in a to-go bag and have to retrieve it yourself. And the black woman at the drive-thru is rude and incompetent. Showed her my mobile app code, then rudely asked me to read it back several times, still got it wrong so the deal never went through, then literally threw my change at me like a bean bag toss. To top it off, the sausage patty on the McMuffin was still cold. But based on the recent reviews, this is not news to them. They're selectively choosing to operate this way because we keep coming back.

Slow rude employee's. Absolutely no sense of urgency and the lack of caring is over obvious on 90% of the staff. Budget extra time if you go here, especially if you go inside.
Terrible experience basically everytime I'm here, old manager always miserable and mad I don't know how workers put up with such behavior from what's suppose to be a leader.

This has to be the worse McDonald's. We haven't ordered from here for a while do to the horrible service. We decided to give it a try as we were in a hurry tonight we placed our order via door dash they dropped the bags off (Door dash was speedy) we brought the bags in and checked to make sure everything was there. Not surprisingly it was not, we were missing a happy meal and a large fry. We informed door dash and they replaced the money and we reordered the missing items. I called to speak to the manager to let them know that we were missing items from our bag and we were reordeing them. The manager was rude and informed me, well the fries were in the bag. I said I'm looking at the bag and it is not there and either way we reordered. Again our food got here and no fries. I just think if you are in customer service you need to treat people better and just give good service and if you have employees who don't live up to the company's standards then hold them accountable

Stop in after a long day of traveling we just want something fast well we put our orders in nothing special just a number 7 and a number 2 the tgey told us we had to pull in a spot .we'll we saw a worker take someone's stuff but instead of going to get our order she decided to talk to her friends then finally went to get our order but it was cold . This place sucks. Went to get hot food they said there's nothing they could do. I wouldn't let my dogs eat there . Will not be back

I placed an order for my entire family we ordered double fries for our kids Happy meals only received one fry happy meal I spoke to the manager about it she was very rude told me that she put it in a small paper container instead of two because she was trying to give us more fries when in actuality she's trying to save money by not having to put out to small fry containers when I asked her what I didn't get my normal double fry she became rude shut the glass on me I never came back to rectify the manor manager is very rude McDonald's used to be a good place to take your family for a good price now you spend $50 and get terrible service from people who demand $15 an hour
