I genuinely hate MCD. They killed my points by accepting my points for a free big mac then charge me for it anyways even after I show them they took the points. They don't care. I need to quit going to MCD because they clearly don't gaf. What a scam.

This place is terrible, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I usually take pictures to show how bad it is. No sauce,burnt bun,wilted tomato, dry lettuce. It was so bad I handed the sandwich back. Then I asked for a quarter pondered. They gave it to me. The cheese was cold, I figured if I asked them to nuke it, that might be pushing my luck. Who ever is making sandwiches needs to go back to school and relearn how to make them. It was that bad. I'll never eat there again. Let not forget the tables in the restaurant are dirty. Everyone of them.
Stopped for 2 teas. Had to do the kiosk thing, which takes too long. Then they waited on someone else. Then put her fingers inside our cups and the ice machines were not working. Gave 2 stars because they were friendly

Ordered 3 combos all were rung up without fries. Ordered a total of 2 cheeseburgers and 2 plain hamburgers and after getting the order read back to us, we got charged for 3 cheeseburgers and all that was taken off was the cheese on 2 of them. If you order according to the combo number, most people assume that you wat fries with that. Someone should tell these folks on the other end of the drive thru menu.
