Cashiers are very polite an efficient when taking orders but when it comes right down to the product or the food is very unsatisfactory fries are always cold and burgers the meat dry it out

Ordered 2 coffees at 5:30pm, there was a team of 5-6 people. Took 20+ minutes and still couldn’t make 2 coffees. Employees there including manager do not care at all! Ask for refund and got it back with coins and 1$ bills when I paid by card. Slow, small IQ group of people couldn’t make 2 coffees.

This was an ungodly amount of time for them to make the least amount of food. I almost feel disrespected with how long they actually took to make the order.

They're good, much better than other cities.. sometimes will miss a thing here and there, nothing out of the ordinary. Only negative thing I will say is that sometimes they will have you park outside and make you wait 5-10 minutes for your food.
They're fast, but their accuracy sucks, I get extra onion, and my girlfriend gets no onions, and every single time we come here, they either give us both extra, or both of us none. We only get 4 burgers.. and it's every time.
I feel like the people here don't much care, but since it's such a busy area, and a bit outside of town, so I imagine they get a lot of tourists... I can understand their disconnect...

Cody was extremely disrespectful and nonchalant. I ordered 2 sandwiches. The staff made the order incorrect x2 and initially had me waiting for over 20 minutes for 1 sandwich. He refused to provide a partial refund or anything for the inconvenience. I had my receipt and the sandwich that was not consumed with me. He denied giving my money back. He was very unprofessional and dismissive. I was robbed of my money and disrespected.

Everytime I decide to come to this McDonald’s I try to get it another chance but they fail again. I don’t know what they are actually doing in there because the amount of time waiting is astronomical waiting in the drive through when the inside has no one in it! And it’s like this almost 9/10 . Then on top of that you have a 50/50 to get even decent cooked food!!!
