Our bartender/server Ethan was AMAZING unfortunately there was a female working the night my husband where out for our date night that was extremely unprofessional and rude to the rest of the staff while we where dining and other customers noticed. I worked in the food and beverage industry when I was in my younger years (20 years ago) so you conversant with your customers. She basically talked down to him like he was nothing. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was excellent....

Cashiers are very polite an efficient when taking orders but when it comes right down to the product or the food is very unsatisfactory fries are always cold and burgers the meat dry it out

They're good, much better than other cities.. sometimes will miss a thing here and there, nothing out of the ordinary. Only negative thing I will say is that sometimes they will have you park outside and make you wait 5-10 minutes for your food.
