Awful experience this evening! Most upsetting was how rude our waitress Sarah was. My husband and I had a small simple order ( a house salad, tots, 10 wings and 2 sodas all together) and when I mentioned to her that it had been 45 minutes since we ordered she snapped back at me that it would be out soon and turned around and walked away. Ordered a Cuban sandwich to go. The bread was soggy and it looked like someone just threw it together fast. It was nasty. I was surprised because the food there is mostly good. Maybe the cook had a bad day?
We sat at the bar and first thing the foot rest broke off the bar. Then it took forever for the bartender to get our drink order. There were fruit flies everywhere. The Frankenstein grilled wings were good. I was charged extra for grilled plain wings but there was nothing grilled about them. Once our food was delivered we were never asked if we needed anything else. No second round of drinks, no silverware, no napkins, nothing. Very disappointed will not go back.
