Usually the napoleon's have an even layer of whipped cream but that's not the case today. Pretty much all custard. Also I asked for a bag of coconut macaroons. We like the ones that are more charred. They REFUSED to give me the bag I asked for. So we said forget it. They'd rather lose a sale than give the PAYING customer what they ask for. Crazy.

Been going here since the original location some 45 years ago, used to ride my bike up to get bread for my parents
Unfortunately something has changed, bread is hard to get past noon, when I arrived a couple days ago in the afternoon bread was sold out, ok I understand I guess ? So I got a couple desserts, they were stale and didn’t taste good, tried calling over a few days to ask for a manager and the phones always busy, I drive down from Daytona Beach to shop here , please bring back the old days

Monday morning and the stock is limited. Not sure if everything is freshly made. Bought key lime tart and brownies. The latest was dry and the lime was not that present in the tart. Have tasted way better stuff elsewhere. Just a regular place for me and not much to expect. Sorry but won't go there again.

If I lived here I would definitely be a regular customer. What I appreciate most about the pastry is the flavor. You can actually taste the apple, pear, strawberry, etc. Because it is sweetened to perfection.!
