My girlfriend and I have been going to this place for quite sometime now and are constantly met with an incredible experience. The food is extremely high quality and delicious! The ambiance is a 20 out of 10. The service is always great, the staff is awesome and on their A game. Caio is HANDS DOWN our favorite server. His enthusiasm, attentiveness and hospitality are unrivaled!

Our group loved this place! The food and drinks were fantastic, but the waiter is who really stood out for us. Kanoa is a fantastic human and provided above and beyond 5 star service. The only reason for the 3 star review is because the manager was not up to par. Our group was having an amazing time enjoying the atmosphere and interacting with Kanoa, like you are supposed to when at a restaurant. It was disappointing to see the manager on shift standing in the corner scrutinizing the interactions we were having. Kanoa is a fantastic waiter and really embodies the hospitality you expect at a restaurant like this. Thank you Kanoa, you have made a lasting memory for this family and we couldn't be more grateful! We love you!!

I stopped eating at Norwoods about a year and a half ago as the food significantly went downhill. I still go for the live band upstairs in the treehouse and for drink with friends and it is perfect for that! I decided to give the food one last try last week with my sister. We sat in the treehouse and ordered fried pickles, spinach ricotta dumplings and blacked salmon on a Caesar salad. The fried pickles and spinach ricotta dumpling were seriously SO GOOD. When I ordered the salmon I asked the waitress if they can cook it well done. When it came out the center was practically raw. I was so disappointed because I specifically asked for the salmon to be well done and they still gave it to me partially raw and slimy and the middle. The salmon was not taken off of my check. Appetizers were good…poutine, zucchini bread. Hush puppies delicious! Entrees left a lot to be desired. Ordered the seafood pasta…SWIMMING in butter, one shrimp, one scallop and fish. Mashed potatoes tasted like instant, asagio chicken was dry. Vegetarian pasta heavy, dry tomato sauce. Service lack luster attention … maybe too many tables? Appetizers delivered without silverware/plates. Had to go ask for help. Loved sitting in the treehouse though!
